Descent Stay

Overlook to the down valley, you will feel stunning cozy relaxing atmosphere surrounding the property.
Hotel Bukit Indah posessing almost all you need to freeing your mood from buzling city.
Outentic cuisine is value added to your complete Inhouse Dine in..Try fried rice or oxtail soup..Dont trust me until you try - taste yourself.
Nice staff and feel at home...

BAD ONE!

Don’t event think to take the superior room type. Its horrible! The room was not like at their best picture on website. Its small, dusty, lots of bugs, and the have garbage under the bed.. OMG! I think this room is for the drivers. Just for sleep. No facilities, No fridge like they said in the website. If its not an emergency, i would never recommend this hotel to others! Def will not ever coming back to this hotel again. Thank you Hotel Bukit Indah

Outdated

I didn't really stay here as much as I was waiting for the new year traffic to fuse. But the 3 hour waiting was worthy because I get the sense of how this hotel is like.
Few plus pointers were a) it was so close to the main road you literally only need 5 minutes to reach several other famous restaurants such as Rindu Alam and Bumi Aki restaurant b) it overlooked directly to a very eye-pleasing hill c) it is not too far high from Safari d) another family member confirmed the breakfast was great
Sadly, this hotel is poorly managed. The pool is dirty, mosses grew everywhere, and the room is fuggy.
If only they give better decorations and/or cared-antiques around the hotel, hip youngsters are going to come - which they didn't

Only for emergency

Stayed in this hotel in March on emergency. Our family was stuck for hours in an unbearable Puncak traffic so we decided to stay 1 more night and leave for Jakarta the next morning when traffic is a bit cleared. This was the only hotel around the area that still have available room.
There were 4 of us (parents and 2 kids age 8 and 3) stayed in their deluxe room for 1 night which cost us idr 700,000 (roughly 70 usd). Got 2 queen bed with a-not-so-clean-but-not-smelly-either linen. Room is clean but could be better. Bathroom is aging, toiletries is so limited that I need to run outside to buy some soap and toothpaste. TV is old, no flat screen, no cable tv, thus no international channel. Room service took 1 hour to arrive, food was eatable but taste so so (definitely not worth the price).
On the service side, during arrival I told the front desk staff that we need to leave super early the next morning so we were promised to be delivered a simple early breakfast at 5 am but this did not happened. We were also promised to have our car washed at 5 am but this did not happened as well. When asked for these, they say their staff starts working by 6 am so any service prior to sunrise cannot be accommodated (so why promised?).
My take: only stay at this hotel if you do not have any other choice.

Coffee shop

Over all hotel services is good except the restaurant / coffee shop, where staff service is very poor, not attentive, just only standing near the entrance but with empty eyes, no upwell, no refill, menu card is served only by request, so though food is not bad but serving staff effect guests have no appetite
