They stuggeled a bit with english, but it was a good stay. I will be back.

We loved the laundry room inside the hotel and that we were given a pre-packed breakfast to take with due to a very early checkout. Very attentive staff.

Pretty week maintained property. Great location close to a few malls and a lot of restaurant options.

Central location which is why I chose this hotel as I was having an exhibition at SCBD central Jakarta. Hotel was valued for the budget. With proper breakfast ..enough varieties to fill up your stomach. Within walking distance there a circle K and Indo mart convenient stores. There also some local food outlets store nearby. Walking distance to Lotte shopping mall too. Don't expect 5 star hotel quality for the price you are paying but definitely worth it.

The experience staying this time was less satisfying

It was our 4th time staying at the Ayaka Suites, but this time we were experiencing something uncomfortable during our stay. Nothing has changed since our last stay in March 2024. Quick check-in, friendly staff. We stayed in room 551 type Grand Deluxe Twin, and there are a few points that we would like to review to be the attention and improvement of the management:
- By the time we entered the room, near the closet, under the ac as if there were traces of water stains, whether it was from the ac dropling or from the housekeeping cleaning fluid while cleaning the room
- When we entered the bathroom, smelled the toilet like a full septic tank, and the smell just disappeared tomorrow morning, please re-check the drain from the toilet for the comfort of the guests sleeping
- I see the egg station in the resto has been eliminated, but the breakfast menu has already provided the egg egg menu. I suggest that the egg menu may be mixed with omelets, because some guests may prefer omelets to cow's eyebrows.
- For soap and shampoo I see now using a dispenser, no longer using a small bottle. It's important that housekeeping regularly check and recharge if it's almost out.
That's the experience we felt, the rest remains Ayaka Suites is still the first choice when we stayed in Kuningan area.
