Very good address in the middle of Ubud

Great hotel, very well located in the middle of Ubud, within walking distance of many places to visit.
The spacious room was impeccably clean, the bathroom was also functional.
Very good bedding.
Welcoming and caring staff.
There is a laundry room attached to the place, very practical after having already spent several days in Bali.
Swimming pool on site, well maintained.

As a 3 generational family ranging from 4 to 73 years old we very much appreciated the calm
and friendly Esty house. The owner and his family were helpful and friendly. Our two rooms were clean and had comfy beds, large bathrooms , good air con and a balcony. There was also a small but very lovely swimming pool set among the trees. Much appreciated by all of us to cool off but especially our 4 year old grandaughter. Breakfast was delicious banana pancakes or scrambled or fried eggs on toast with good coffee and tea. An additional bonus for us was the adjoining Esty laundry. We paid by the kilo ( very cheap) and the next day had our beautifully clean and folded laundry back. Great stuff
Esty house is right in the centre of Ubud near the market and the bustling main street but is set back down a quiet little street. This is a homestay type of accommodation and at £17 per room per night an absolute bargain. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Ubud we will certainly return to Esty House. Thank you xx

Friendly service and clean rooms

We were staying for several nights and can recommend this house - all employees were absolutely friendly and open minded. Fair breakfast (banana pancakes and fruits with tea/coffee served on the rooms balcony- every morning. Rooms were cleaned daily in a good way. Garden is small but with cute details - perfect for a lazy afternoon at the Pool. Very quiet place. Close to all the Shops, restaurants, Cafés and the market!

Warm Welcome, Central Ubud

We stayed here a week and we are so pleased we picked this place. Its at the centre of Ubud within easy distance of the town and some main attractions i.e. Monkey Forest, Rice Paddies. The Homestay itself is small, only 3 rooms on offer but that means its quiet at the night time and you can get a good nights rest. The Father and Son make a fuss of you and ask if everything is okay every day. They are on hand for any advice or trips you may want to book.
Breakfast is included, 8am - 10am.
The Rooms are of a good size with a huge ceiling fan and Aircon combined, making it nice a cool. The Beds are comfy and are made up every day. The wifi is also the fastest I've had on my visit to Bali.
Only negative points to mention are that the Shower/Bath needs a shower curtain to stop the water from soaking the floor. And also there is some construction near by that goes on from 9-5. So an afternoon nap can be tricky to have.
Overall though, I would put this on the top of the list for places to stay in Ubud!

A nice place at the center of Ubud

It's a basic AC rooms. No toiletries but at least towels are provided. Good wifi connection so even thought there's no TV you can just watch online :D I like it because of its great location. A quiet place with a pool though we didn't get to try it. Breakfast is served at 8 am which is a bit late for me. Overall, it's a nice stay :D
