Nice base in Ubud!
Breakfast was small but a nice start to the day and the location is tucked away so it’s nice and quiet, but still in walking distance.
It is down a side alley through what looks like a building site but it’s not bad, the dog barks but just trust he’ll leave you alone for the rest of your stay once he’s smelt you.
If arriving at night it may be a bit intimidating as it’s really dark and you have to walk through what looks like a building site. We arrived through the day. Two dogs were barking and came towards us which looked bad but they smelt us and we kept going past them so it was okay but this may scare people off a bit.
THIS IS MORE OF A HEADS UP THAN A COMPLAINT!

The most amazing place to stay
The rooms were nice and spacey and have a big nice shower with hot water.
The breakfast is simple but alright.
The pool is great and the whole area is lovely in general (no city noise)
They even had 6 puppies during our visit!!
Really amazing place. Would love to stay here again

One of our favourite places!
We stayed in the top floor room (at our request as we were there at a very quiet time!) and really loved it. The views were beautiful, the room was so large and had plenty of places to charge, store and place. The bed was fine (maybe change the pillows! Mine was hard!), and there was aircon and a fan. The bathroom could do with some upgrading considering the size of the room - maybe more bench space? Some hooks inside the room? Wifi is great!! Pool was slightly chilly but a lovely cool off.
We loved sitting on our private balcony and enjoying the quiet location and lush tree views.
The house is a 10-15minute walk to the centre, however there are some great restaurants on the street, and a great massage too!
Beware that car riding apps are sometimes hard to organise due to local taxi issues, so try and organise a driver with the friendly family who run Rena.
Breakfast was basic, nothing to write home about. The staff were beautiful and helpful, despite speaking poor english.
We HOPE we will be back soon! I miss this place!!

We made a great choice
Very good prices, big room, warm water, very choosy swimming pool area, very gentle and carefull owner and staff.
Strongly raccomanded, amazing value for the price.
