Comfortable rooms with very friendly stuff
Swimming pool with a great view.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly
recommended for couples that want to have a quiet place within close distance of the centre.

Bad experience
Breakfast service was good though, rest I would rate it as 2 star only.
The only good part was the pool area.

Great hotel, very good, very quiet
Extra breakfast, served as needed, in this superb lounge, which overlooks the swimming pool and the rice fields.
Very good bedding
Beautiful room with superb view
Location just right, not too close to the center, completely out of the way
To go to the center of Ubud, possible on foot in 30 minutes or Taxi for less than 50 K (3 Euros)

Amazing Place
The top level (street level) has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a very nice view, one of the bedroom seems to be slightly bigger than the other 2, although all of them can fit an extra bed. The middle level has one bedroom with pool access, a large dining area, kitchen and a living room with a TV. This is where we spent most of our time and we felt at home. The bottom level has 2 large bedrooms but the stairs are outside of the house (next to the pool), so they may not be suitable for young children.
Breakfast was amazing, we get to choose the main menu the night before, and they cooked it on the spot in the morning. We get to use the kitchen too and there were plenty of plates, cutlery, etc, so we ordered food delivery for dinner and enjoyed our own dinner gathering in the hotel, stress free. They also provided drinking water, which was very helpful.
The staff were really nice, they were very patience with us, even when we asked to move some extra beds to the other rooms. They're also polite and helpful.
The pool is great, the kids and adults enjoyed it. They also provided some pool towels. The deck needs some repairs, but this didn't reduce our satisfaction with the hotel, we just asked the kids to be careful when going into the pool. We hope they can fix this soon.
Overall, we are very happy we found this hotel and would recommend this place.
