Family best suites

Perfect for family. Best experience stay in jungle near the city. The Suite Room is perfect for family and having an aesthetic bath tub that suits well for kids

Wedding

The resort has an amazing nature landscape with the lake and the trees but when it comes to cleanliness the worst one ever.
You have to use sandals in ur room, expect a dirty bed sheets with dirts and spots on it. The garden is not taking care with garbage everywhere.

My God...yummy

If you come to Bandung....honestly this is the place you must stop at. Their best menu? Smoke chicken. Feels like such a long time ago since the last time I put such a tasty chicken in my mouth. The rest of the food is standard. Service is good and fast. Staffs are polite. No regret. Must try.

Just an ordinary hotel

My husband and I plan to spend the Christmas holiday with a stay-cation at this resort. On the first day we got a rather damp room, with stains on the ceiling which I thought was leaky. The edges of the mattress also had wet stains, maybe from the sheets that were less dry so I asked to be replaced. It took 1 hour to wait for the sheets to be replaced. TV broadcasts were also damaged, which resulted in me having to contact customer service many times. Finally on the second day we were allowed to move to another room, which was a bit far from the parking lot but with a room that was not so damp. The price of the room is quite expensive because of high season, I don't think it's comparable to the facilities that we’ve got. The bathroom feel uncomfortable, more comfortable in my own house. But the hotel atmosphere is very natural as in the forest. The swimming pool is at the backside of the hotel, you have to walk far enough from the room. There is a spa service, but it's quite expensive as well. The breakfast menu is very ordinary, and the waiter is less alert to handling flies that swarm in the food. Maybe it should be tricked again. There are two categories in this hotel, namely for rooms with the lake view or forest view. Customer service/receptionist is not friendly to serve me when I complaint to move to another room. May be given a rebuke and given hospitality training. I might think of returning, because I think the facilities that we obtained are not worth the price. The selling value of this hotel is only the atmosphere, the rest is ordinary.

Interesting concept!

It was a brand new experience. I really liked the concept. The place was huge! I understand that they want everything to look rustic and ethnic, but the restroom should be a little more comfortable and clean. We also need a trashbin in the room, not only in the restroom.
