Glamping in the valley

Stay here from the office, the area is large, there are bicycles, cars as well as atv and trampoline provided. A four-bedroom room with a bathroom inside, sometimes hot water arrives dead but still okay because dead just temporarily. The room has a fan, adem, no sink, a desk, an open closet with hanging, and windows on each side. In front of the tent is a seat to sit down. If the rain must sound his whisper in the tent. The dining area is very large as well, and available musholla is also a clean toilet. There is a ballroom for the event also not far from the hotel area. Parking area is also large. In the tent sometimes heard the sound of the vehicle then walked, the sound of the mosque is also heard clearly even the cover of the event is also heard, so it is not the type “quiet”. The staff is friendly and clever, the service is quick and very tacit. Suitable for traveling with family or in groups.

Need to revamp & improve key amenities

1. Towels, bedsheet, pillow sheet are stink and stain. It should be revamped as it was really disturbing
2. They should provide buggy rather than diesel jeep to help guests to rooms
3. Hire proper chef as food is bad
4. Too many flies everywher

Unfortunately... the noise from the traffic leaks into the tent...

There are several things I want to criticize during my 3 day 2 night holiday at Trizara:
1. Frankly, I was bothered by the noise of the traffic that was far away, but it sounded close when we were in the tent, especially at night. This is something I never imagined. This noise disturbed our rest.
2. There are many activities offered, but it seems like the team in the field is "not quite ready". There was no one standing by at the location of the activity we wanted to take part in, namely Flying Fox. Even though we asked the front desk and were given directions to go directly to the location. but no one's there.
3. In the open air, the smell of food. Surely the flies will come. Maybe you need to find a way to better repel flies in the dining area, both at the table where the food is served and at the table where the guests are eating.
I give my compliments to:
1. The team at the location was very friendly and fully helpful, from when we arrived to when we left.
2. Room cleanliness and tidiness are good. The bathroom water runs smoothly, both cold and hot.
Hopefully in the future things that are not good can be improved and things that are already good can be improved for the sake of Trizara itself. considering glamping there are more and more choices.

Family trip

Not a real camping but you can stay at your tents and enjoy the atmosphere of mountainside nature here. The interior layout and decoration are pretty amazing. Biking, jogging, flying fox or motorbike cruising are available here. Kids can have fun in the playing ground while parents are enjoying the sightseeing around the resort.
It is worthy to have your own BBQ here by having various BBQ packages next to your tents. The chicken meat is really fresh and yummy. My kids love it so much.
You can also find lots of cuisine by Gofood nearby as well. The staffs here are really friendly to serve you all the time. The resort is a good place for families to enjoy and relax themselves during holidays or weekends. The only thing is no complimentary breakfast here, so extra payment is needed or try to have Gofood instead.
It is not easy to get the room here since it is pop on weekends or holidays. Try to book it earlier or stay on weekdays. Come and enjoy yourself here. Have fun.
