Awesome Staycation

I came without expectation, but when i reached the hotel i was stunning with the beautiful design of the hotel. The lobby is located outside but it seems cool for me. The staff was helpful, even the number of staff is limited. I came to the room (i request the calm and neutral colour for the room, staff recommended Sweet Escape Room. I really love the room and the BALCONY! Wow.. i can enjoy sunset and sunrise without any efforr. But one thing which is a bit sad, Maja House is still on renovation so we cant enjoy the place and food. The option they have, we can go to Blackbird, the sister hotel in the same group. So does when we need to go swimming.
I really love my staycation, i felt that i want to stay longer..

Quirky and Comfortable

Can concur with previous reviewers that this establishment is indeed, instagrammable. The service from staff was somehow lacking. The views from the restaurant were fantastic, but the dishes served were unfortunately less than appetizing. Would return, for a comfortable sleep.

AWESOME

Stayed here for 3d2n and was having the best me time ever! Located far away from the city center, makes it perfect for those who crave tranquility. Very quiet. The staffs are very helpful. I was welcomed by Dewi with a big smile and she explained everything clearly. She was so nice to let me in even it was 1 hour earlier than check-in time. The food was also really good. Will comeback for sure

Bad experience with old aging hotel and dirty room

Was quite surprised when we arrive with the check in counter located outdoor in the middle of the car park. Even our taxi driver expressed his shock.
Then we found out there was only one restaurant in the whole premise called Sugar & Cream Rooftop Bar & Restaurant. The rest of the areas were either closed or under renovation. The whole area looked like a semi abandoned resort.
The rooms all have interesting names, our was The Deer Hunter but all interest collapse when we enter our room. It was dark and dirty. They have 5 ceiling lights but loaded them with the lowest voltage lights. There was a window and they killed the room with a big wooden door which complete closed of the sunlight from the balcony.
We tried asking the reception for ideas or a driver to explore the area. They were clueless and suggested that we book a taxi.
The only positives are the view from the restaurant was very nice and the food was good but that wasn't enough to hold us. We booked and paid for 3 nights but we decided to cut our loss and checked out on the second day. The reception didn't even ask why we didn't stay out our booking.
It was a bad experience for us.

Good location excellent bed worst restaurant in town

Very nice location with view.
room was good 306.
Some points to be improve
1-no laundry and no hanger provide to dry the clothes, as we stay for 8 days it's a true issue
2-restaurant on top really poor quality and service seems natural with 4 people at the table to bring food to the first and 35 mns later to the last, clearly missing training staff, smile is good smile and efficiency is the base...
to be notice that all of the staff is very friendly and efficient except of the cooking at restaurant
