Beautiful Hotel

I were in this hotel in 2 April 2015 ,was very comfortable ,interesting and very clean hotel .Room service was good and speed.Hotel staff were very cooperative and facilitate in response. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. They had safe garage (car parking ) in the underground which was observed by security camera .Nice bathroom .In the morning ;tastey breakfast in the gallery which you can see the cars and people in the street.

Unclean and dated would not recommend

Found this hotel on booking.com and it looked nice from the photos and write up when we arrived all looked nice from the reception but as we were approaching our rooms doubts started! There was 8 of us in total we had a family room, triple room and double all linen and towels were included. All rooms were adequate and had the basics but there was also quite a few negatives-: Family room had no privacy between the childrens and adults sleeping area, all rooms looked clean but on deeper inspection they were dirty and needed a good clean i.e there was a lot of dirt and litter underneath the beds and sofa and the net curtain was filthy and instead of being white was actually grey, there was only 1 plug socket, some of the lights didn’t work in the room, the bathroom tap was so stiff you had to literally force it , the air con didn’t work and on the family room door look was broken. Breakfast was included and you could either go to the restaurant or room service we had room service and to be honest the food was cold and tasteless. It states this is a 4* hotel this in my opinion is only a 3* at best I definitely would not recommend and I would say the staff need training on how to clean thoroughly and rooms could do with an upgrade

Not bad hotel

I stayed in this hotel for a business trip room number 307, the rooms are fine bathroom not bad and the room have air conditioning.
The hotel have
Spa and massage .
The stuff is very helpful and the hotel provide airport pick up cost 10000IQD equal to 9$

Comfortable family hotel

My first visit to the Middle East was made comfortable by very friendly staff with excellent English. Nothing was too much bother for them - I was helped to get a net connection for my phone, repairs to my iPad, not to mention recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing. A staff member even taught me how to cross the busy street to the opposite mall!
The room was just ok, nothing special. Reception area comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing from my western viewpoint, no real coffee.

Good hotel

Good hotel, clean, nice bed and spacious room. I first got a room with no windows but they changed me to a nicer one with view on the mall. The location is good as it is easy to find for taxis etc. The breakfast is OK, nothing special but it has everything except real coffee. The staff is friendly. There is a small pool and a gym. WiFi is working well.
