Best accommodation and food on our trip, cozy and very clean rooms, great restaurant!

This was our best accommodation on our 8-day trip.
Cozy room and great dinner as well as breakfast.
Superb service and very friendly!
We are happy to recommend it.

A wonderful experience in Kenmare

Very hospitable and much more than a B&B. Plenty of space with 11 rooms. The bar and restaurant are excellent. Great food menu and drinks are well priced.
Breakfast is fantastic, great choice and beautiful cooked

Absolutely the best place to stay.

After staying at many great places over the last week in Ireland, Davitts turned out to be the best of all. Luxurious and spotless accommodation in the centre of Kenmare. Great breakfast and the staff.

Absolutely the best…..

What an absolute gem of a find. There was nothing I can fault about the guesthouse, the staff or the restaurant. The hotel is like a tardis, looks small from the outside but hosts many rooms! We had a lovely stay in Room 10, at the top and towards the back. No real view but we weren’t there for a hotel view. The room was comfy, large, very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and we had three really good nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of cold cereals and fruits and then you could choose from the menu for eggs etc. Brian was a great breakfast host and we met David the owner on our last breakfast… what a lovely guy! The location is very central in Kenmare so everything is on your doorstep. Parking can be a bit challenging but even on Easter bank holiday, we didn’t struggle too much. We also ate in their bar every night as their food was outstanding and Kevin was a whirlwind of efficiency no matter how busy the bar got! I honestly would not stay anywhere else in Kenmare now. Had the best time and was a great base for our Ring of Kerry trip. Thank you David and your brilliant team!

Great food great location great price

Stayed in Davitts in February. What a fantastic location right in town centre. Lovely room on top floor Loved listening to the rain falling on the slanted windows Had the ribeye for dinner. Absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked Breakfast was equally as good. Wud highly recommend eating and staying here if ur staying in kenmare and so reasonably priced. Met David the owner an absolute gentleman
