Great staff and facilities

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, 2 nights B/B and one evening meal package. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to welcome us. Kevin on reception was the first person we interacted with and he was a great ambassador for the hotel. Other people of note were Grace, a lovely young member of staff who along with Conol looked after serving our food and drinks. Rachel, the deputy manager and Brian the general manager went out of their way to meet us, reserved us a nice table and offered complimetary drinks. Every other member of staff said hello to all guests as they passed which was a really typically Irish gesture of welcome. The lesiure center was lovely as well. I have never seen a jacuzzi area as big! We would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a good value break, with staff who actually care that you have a good time. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Lovely hotel, outstanding service

The customer service was excellent - really friendly and helpful. We stayed one night in a family room, which we expected to be interconnecting rooms but was even better because it was actually a little suite with the 3 kids beds in a separate space and all with just one door to the main corridor. Really comfortable and spacious room. Toys and colouring provided for younger kids. Lovely health club for a swim too.
