Excellent

I stayed for a week at this hotel with my family. Spacious environments, comfortable rooms, excellent cleanliness of the spaces. Too bad about the elevator inside the facility, which being the only one, is difficult to find free. We chose the full board option. Exquisite food from breakfast to dinner. Polite and efficient staff, especially a girl named Esmeralda. Fast, organized, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful week

I spent a wonderful week with my family at the Excelsior hotel in Alba Adriatica. The staff throughout the hotel is excellent: a special thanks to the dining staff who pampered us every day with exquisite dishes, to the maître William, and to the very friendly waiter Marco, who was kind and very patient with everyone. Thanks to the very nice and attentive cleaning ladies. The hotel is very clean and fragrant. Thanks to the guys and girls at the reception who are always kind and nice.
You made us feel just like family.

More than we expected!

Clear recommendation !!
We have to highlight the really excellent menu in the evening. We were also offered 2x an Arrosticini evening in addition.
Very helpful, friendly hotel staff at reception, room service and catering area. Since we could not always be at dinner due to friend visits, we were offered to possibly eat lunch or make sandwiches with fruit and drinks. That was more than you could expect!
Should we be back in Alba, then certainly back in this great hotel.

Very good hotel

The great food must be highlighted in this hotel, as must the restaurant staff. The rooms are well decorated and always top cleaned. The ladies at the reception always friendly and helpful partly with German skills. A good beach service, and bike rental are included in the price, a hotel you can recommend gladly.
