Too bad it's dated.

Great hotel as far as the location, the food is really exquisite both breakfast and dinner. The owners as well as all the other staff are very kind and professional.
the lobby is cozy although a bit dated in the decor.
But now we come to the less beautiful part : we begin to say that the room had impractical beds both the double bed and the third bed, so that is not to say little.
The bathroom really run down, in the shower there was nothing to put sponges or soap or anything, an ups and downs that could barely stand. You could feel the drain of all the toilets on my side (which in the middle of the night is not the best) last the """ ski room"" was so small and uncomfortable that you had to enter one at a time and there was not even space to turn around; to put your boots out of this room there is a mini bench max 2 people at a time.
To conclude there is no elevator.
Too bad because after all with little could be a great hotel. The potential is all there (sorry. I wanted to give 5 stars)

Caldo weekend in montagna!

The Coldai is centrally located in Alleghe, you can already see it arriving in the country. We found a pleasant welcome from the family that runs the facility. The structure, although dated, is tidy and clean, the rooms sufficiently spacious. Hearty and varied breakfast. Ci torneremo!

Experience Alleghe to the fullest.

Excellent hotel, rooms with terrace, excellent dinner. Close to ski slopes, private parking, and close to the town center, excellent for walking along the lake or taking the cable car to go up to 1892 meters and enjoy an exceptional spectacle.

Cozy hotel in the center, near the lake

We stayed four nights in this hotel to visit the Dolomites and had a great time! We sincerely thank Mr. Renato and his son Manuel who are very kind and always available. Alleghe is a little gem, the rooms are clean, bright and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is spectacular with delicious cakes, speck, cheese, ham, yogurt... all served in a large room with a view of Mount Civetta.
There is no lift but Manuel kindly helped us carry our suitcases.
The reserved and free parking is very convenient. In summer the restaurant is closed, but they offered us to have dinner at the nearby Hotel delle Alpi for 22 euros per person and we had a very good time there too.
We will definitely be back, thank you very much also for the precious advice for our tourist itineraries.
