Very friendly and informative staff. Beautiful terrace to sit and have breakfast, you could help yourself to coffee anytime which was great. Arezzo itself is a very lovely place to visit especially if you like medieval history and antiques.

This property met all our needs for a one night stay. It is conveniently located near the train station and near the old town area. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area on the rooftop patio was beautiful. The only negative was that the walks of the room were thin and we could hear neighbors quite a bit.

Excellent B&B structure, I did not feel differences with any other structure called hotel indeed... I recommend

I'm happy to give 5 stars well deserved...
Great location (a few meters from the Tuscan Surgical Center)... friendly owners, kind,
available... varied and plentiful breakfast and kitchen available for personal use... cozy room equipped with every comfort including air conditioning.... daily cleaning of the room (bathroom and bedroom).. equipped with terrace with armchairs for smokers.. well organized at check-in. Equipped with parking and close to supermarket and restaurant / pizzeria .. quiet and peaceful area... I recommend you book if you need to accompany both a family member at the Tuscan Surgical Center, both if you want to spend a few days visiting Arezzo small and beautiful city of Tuscany...

Real surprise (negative)

Background: We book at the last minute and find a place, during the Christmas period and in the city center (how lucky...)
Feedback: the B&B occupies the 6th floor in a kind of apartment. It is accessed by an anonymous entrance hall with a strong stench of sewer. You enter the B & B, and everything has various steps that for the elderly are not the best. The room is small with two trundled beds and on wheels... In the morning the breakfast is scarce with packaged products and to serve two ladies who seemed to the first use of a job ever done ..
The surprise, after I put the structure at the bottom of my attendance, is 130 € for one night (which I satisfied without breath) but that seems to me more than double its value. Sufficient notes, cleanliness and great views of the city from the breakfast balcony. (Not usable for reasons of cold temperature)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options. The view from the terrace was beautiful.
The room was very basic, closet had a weird smell, you could hear everything going on in the rooms nearby.
