Thank you

I wanted to thank you for the warm welcome you have given us in these cold days!
We had a great time (but I had no doubts) and so did my sons and daughters-in-law!
"Family and excellent hospitality, exquisite and particular food, warm and welcoming rooms with great facilities." 
And even the grandchildren were very happy, also for the large "play area"!
.........thank you for the attention received and for the "protagonist" part offered!
........ smiled at all the staff and always liked the food!
In short, 10 with honors!
And I think, besides me and my wife, my kids will come back to you too!
Thank you again for everything, a wish of serenity for the New Year and a prayer to St. Francis that he may always be close to you!

Terrible.

The place is old and very dated, torn sheets and stained towels. The staff is grumpy and arrogant. We will never return.

Great Stay at Santa Maria degli Angeli: Quality Report

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Elda and were extremely satisfied. The hotel, located in an excellent location in Santa Maria degli Angeli (between Assisi and the Basilica), offers excellent Price quality ratio, which is definitely its strength.
Location and Parking: The location is strategic and quiet, with a beautiful view of Assisi. Having free and convenient parking (a must for the area) is a huge plus.
Service and Room: Service was impeccable. Special praise goes to the cleanliness and tidiness of the room: they carefully arrange it every day, which unfortunately is not found in all facilities. Perfect and comfortable room.
Breakfast (Note of Improvement): The only small suggestion is room for improvement on the breakfast to make it up to the rest of the services.
Otherwise, Hotel Villa Elda is a good choice. Friendliness, cleanliness and convenience (including proximity to Santa Maria degli Angeli) make it a place to return to. Highly recommended!

That's bad.

Bad in every way. Rude staff and zero attention to customer requests and needs. Gloomy room from horror movies, stopped at the '70s. Never seen a room more bare and sad. You save the position, the rest is to be rejected.

Hotel squallido

Staff not at all smiling and quite cold. Cute structure on the outside, inside dated (80s/90s), shabby room, mattress still with springs as forty years ago, hard and uncomfortable, in the morning back pain and very low quality sleep.
Shabby breakfast room, slices of ham patently industrial, horrible coffee, fruit juices in supermarket carton: sad!
We do such a review having the good fortune to be able to compare this structure with other accommodations that we frequent during the year.
I would not recommend it.
