Great B&B for our holiday in Puglia 2025

Beautiful structure, very comfortable, clean and welcoming a few kilometers from the best beaches of northern Salento (San Pietro in Bevagna, Specchiara, Torre Colimena) and Salento (Punta Prosciutto only eight minutes drive, Torre Castiglione and its reserve where you can make beautiful dives, the lively Torre Lapillo, Porto Cesareo with its enchanting natural basins, Sant'Isidoro, Porto Selvaggio, etc.). With an hour's drive you arrive in the beautiful Lecce, with little more you can visit Gallipoli and Otranto, with an hour and thirty you are Santa Maria di Leuca.
Francesca is a very kind and helpful person, during our stay we did not miss anything advising us great places to find local products (above all the oil of Avetrana and Primitivo di Manduria). The B & B is equipped with everything you need and is located in a very strategic and at the same time quiet (the residential area is very quiet and has a very limited car transit, parking is super convenient), in general the place is very ventilated and sunny at the same time. The property is super recommended to spend a great stay in Puglia!

Pleasant discovery

First time in this b & b despite now for years we are practically at home in Avetrana.
This is a beautiful Villa in the suburbs on the way out to the sea. A little far from the town center but convenient if, like , we use it as a base for the sea. The room is small but functional, shame about the usual obnoxious shower curtain. The host is friendly and helpful. The classic breakfast at the bar / bakery, perhaps a little distant from the usual, but a walk is fine in the morning. The price is higher than the facilities of the same range in Avetrana but I do not exclude returning.

Great hosts, perfect for amazing beaches

Very very friendly and helpful hosts (don't speak English, but use Google Translate perfectly). Nice, spacious room, which was cleaned everyday. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and tasty coffee. Shared kitchen, with all appliances, coffee machine, fridge with water and milk. Great location - amazing Punta Prosciuto beach just 8-10min drive away, Avetrana old town is around 1 km away (3min. by car). Private parking near B&B.

Periferia di Avetrana, dintorni un po' squallidi.
Camera ben attrezzata, in un pian terreno con accesso da una specie di portico di aspetto dimesso.
Colazione a un bar vicino.
Prezzo non proprio bassissimo.
Sufficiente.
