Friendliness and good food

Hotel located in the center of the village with private parking nearby.
I stayed a week with my elderly parents.
The hotel has a lift, the rooms are simple, clean.
The friendly and attentive staff makes you feel at home.
Delicious and abundant cuisine
Highly recommended we will be back .. Thank you.

A vacation by the lake

In April, I stayed at this establishment with my husband. Terrible reception as we found it closed upon our arrival, despite them knowing about our arrival since we had booked and confirmed both by phone and email. That day was their closing day, but they made no effort to inform us, and we were left outside the entrance with our luggage. I had to call, and a lady arrived calmly to let us in. Since it was their closing day, the elevator was not functioning at the time, and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs by hand. We had requested a room with a fridge because I needed to store eye drops, but the lady made a mistake and had to assign us another room while discussing it on the phone with her son in front of us, a rather unpleasant episode. Large room but old, sparsely furnished, small bathroom with no towel rack. We would have liked to have dinner there that evening, but there wasn't even a cook, which they hadn't informed us about, and we had to make do. Fortunately, Bagolino is beautiful, and we found an excellent pizzeria. In the morning, there was a small breakfast buffet with a bit of everything. I would not return, and I do not recommend it.

Experience that I have experienced several times and I will not stop experiencing, rather I will try to increase my visits

If you want to eat much more than great food and in large portions, in a clean, tidy, warm place with welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful owners go to this place. It's also for the price it's really worth it.

A pleasant surprise

We stayed there a weekend 2 rooms me and my in-laws quaint village very nice hotel very well maintained breakfast and dinner in the evening all very good the owners very helpful people to all requests highly recommended.... thanks from Genoa
