Excellent experience. TOP restaurant
Above-average restaurant, excellent and well-presented dishes.
Excellent value for money.
Top-notch room cleanliness.
Very convenient and large parking, direct access to the very well-equipped beach.
In summary: excellent experience!
Only negative note: the sea is not up to par, often murky. But the presence of a pool accessible from the beach itself is an excellent alternative.

Experience to forget: rigid service, poor hygiene, and terrible food
Aware that the cancellation terms did not provide for a refund for the second night, I still tried to ask at the reception if it was possible to accommodate us, given the situation. The receptionist, a girl who was actually very nice and polite, told me she had to consult with management. The final answer was a categorical and immediate "no": no possibility of meeting our needs, refusing even to cancel or refund the half-board for the night not used. I tried to write an email directly to management in the hope of a more reasonable contact, but I never received any response. Total lack of empathy and no possibility of dialogue, even though the hotel was not at all full as they wanted us to believe. I will file a report with "Federconsumatori" for this last reason.
As for the rest of the stay, the experience was unfortunately entirely negative:
Food: Terrible. We were served a pizza with sausage that was practically raw. The result? Stomachache all night long. In the photo it is evident
Pool: Very dirty from early in the morning. The organization of the cleaning really leaves something to be desired: at 6:00 PM you can see the lifeguard cleaning it by hand while the facility is still in operation.
Sea: Calling it a sea is a stretch, it looked more like mud (just look at the photos to realize it).
Music and Atmosphere: Zero. There was only a very faint musical background that you couldn't even hear by the pool.
Entertainment: Totally nonexistent, very different from how it is described in other enthusiastic reviews.
Only positive note: The rooms inside, which appear well-maintained and comfortable.
For the rest, the facility and management are largely disappointing. I do not recommend it, especially to those traveling with small children.

A little place close to my heart
Excellent food quality, both the meat and fish dishes, extensive breakfast. Typical local dishes and especially pizza and panuozzo from Gragnano.
