Really nice hotel, great friendly staff, beautiful room, great location.
We were upgraded to a mini suite - very roomy. Loved the lighting. Fresh towels and toiletries. The welcome drink and chocolates were a nice touch.

I have been here with my husband. The hotel is not bad but claiming to be a luxury hotel is just ridiculous! It's rather a good bed and breakfast... It is close to the bus station and relatively close to Venice. Breakfast? To be improved.

First Trip to Venice

Great Hotel. Clean and Well Run. Spacious Room. Amazing Staff. Superb Breakfast. 20-30 Minute Bus ride from Venice. The buses were regular and cheap. Easy to get in and out of Town. Visited over Valentines Day. Probably not as busy as in summer but did have to stand on the bus occasionally. Would reccommend this Little Gem.

Awful rundown hotel

Oh this is the most awful place we ever stayed, not sure why they are calling 5 star hotel, not even deserve a 1 star. all the pictures are deceiving , and the breakfast is cheapest rotten food they can afford in Italy. The butter smelled they kept outside so long and expired. The fruits in the breakfast table was almost rotten and not edible. And there wasn’t much choice for anyone. They didn’t refill after few guests had breakfast and there wasn’t left much for us.

Dear Guest, we are astonished because of your review. First of all we do not understand who you may be, as long as you have really stayed at our 5 stars hotel since we have checked in our archive of February and you are not in. Furthermore we do not understand the meanness of the your words. Criticism is always useful, but in your case it is a non-constructive one because everything you affirm is not true. We assume that it was more suitable for you to not reveal your identity after affirming such bad concepts. You defined our Hotel "awful": I kindly remind you that you are talking about a facility that has won several international design awards. By defining our hotel as "awful" is not only very offensive, but also false. We have NEVER published fake photos of our rooms and environments in general, indeed. Most of our Guests have always told us that the Hotel is more beautiful live than in the photos. I don't understand what you noticed so terrible to express what you have written.
Regarding the breakfast, I would like to ask you if you really went down to our "Serenissima" breakfast room since what you described is obviously a fake. For this reason we do not even go into in order to "defend ourselves" on the breakfast theme because we know what we offer to our customers, and the quality and the care that we put into it every day.

Amazing!!!

Amazing hotel, family run & the staff cannot help you enough.
This hotel is 20 minutes outside of the main town of Venice, but the bus stop is literally
Opposite the hotel and comes every 15 minutes! Reading reviews on here before I came I was nervous would I struggle with the buses and fine Venice (being a typical
Blonde) but it couldn’t of been easier!
The hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are amazing. There is also a restaurant within the hotel if you wanted to have dinner.
The breakfast included in the morning they cook you fresh eggs and there is also bacon, pastries, potatoes and fruit.
I am glad that I choose to stay here rather than in central Venice because location is 20minutes form airport by bus, 2 buses again so easy I thought it would be hard & id end up getting a taxi. But taxi was 55euro, bus was 30euro for 2’people return! Can’t go wrong.
Everyone please book this hotel, it is just beautiful.
I will be back when I come back to Venice!
