It's like having a second home...

For the second time we chose this property for a short stay that we think is great for the location, the rooms are very large, spacious comfortable and clean, Mr. Andrea person hospitable and very helpful .. A bit like being with family .. Great value for money .. We recommend it .. even for those who have dogs .. see you next ..

Like at home

For the second time, we had a great time. Andrea is an attentive and professional person. The location is cozy, discreet and clean. Excellent common areas that also allow convivial moments. Good value for money. We'll be back.

A stay of relaxation and psychophysical well-being

I used this property several times during 2024-2025 and was very satisfied.
Meanwhile, the location is very private and quiet with the presence of greenery.
The apartment I used (Water) was cozy, clean with redone bathroom, bright rooms and windows with mosquito nets.
There is the possibility to have breakfast by the structure and there is the possibility to have lunch or dinner in a small room with common kitchen or in a closed room with recently built window adjacent to the entrance.
Lunch and dinner can be done using the tools in the kitchen well stocked with pots, dishes etc and then you can cook independently sharing la.cucina with other guests there and with purchases of food at your own expense.
The presence of a fridge gives the opportunity to keep your food cool and a microwave gives the opportunity to heat the food. Finally I emphasize the great courtesy and communication ability of the owner present especially in the morning.
I highly recommend it for a holiday or for work in the name of relaxation and well-being.

Prenotato per parenti arrivati da Napoli. Le camere pulite, ottime e accoglienti. Dormito bene. Posto tranquillo. Ottimo servizio. Ottima disponibilità del personale.
