Family Vacation
Amazing vacation, especially for those with children
Everything within reach
Kindness and availability of all the staff, including the entertainers
The cuisine could be improved, rating 7/8
The breakfast is excellent, though the number of machines for drinks and coffee should be increased.
Three pools suitable for everyone
On the beach, showers and restrooms should be increased, and above all, the monitoring of those unauthorized people who take over others' umbrellas almost every day.

Staff does not respond
Not recommended, staff does not respond and is unfriendly, breakfast buffet is a catastrophe, no knives on the table, you have to go look for the cutlery at the buffet yourself and of course it is not restocked there, as well as plates, and if anything else runs out at the buffet it is simply empty, room was not made up in the evening, floor in the room very dirty for small children who crawl, food cold at the buffet and also very tedious, you cannot serve yourself, it is served to you.

As for the room, cleanliness is one of our priorities, particularly when families with young children are staying with us. We sincerely apologize if the floor was not cleaned properly and if the room was not serviced as you expected. Had this been reported to our reception during your stay, we would have immediately arranged for our housekeeping team to return and take care of everything. We are always available to resolve any issue as quickly as possible when it is brought to our attention
Regarding the buffet service, we would also like to clarify that some dishes are intentionally served by our kitchen staff rather than being self-service. This allows us to maintain the quality and presentation of the food, while guests can of course request additional portions.

disappointing vacation
it was not the right vacation for us, unfortunately recommended by Alpitour. pros: paradise for families with very young children, mini club and spaces designated for them are excellent, room cleanliness is perfect, and staff is kind.
cons:
clientele 95% German, embarrassing evening shows, non-existent Junior club, food of dubious quality and variety (always the same 3 appetizers and little care in the kitchen), unpresentable desserts (always sponge cakes and creams...), children's play area outside without a small shaded area
we will certainly not do it again.

My Holidays
How to be at home you have an apartment in the hotel I had breakfast and dinner at noon I managed there you have cookware like in a home kitchen, you are on the beach, you have the pool, the staff and very kind, the eating was super of anything buffet

extremely available
my stay was supposed to take place from 10 to 14 September but my older child of 2 and a half years thought well to get 2 days before departure, a fever that then broke out in a fever and then, reluctantly, we had to cancel.
I called the hotel 2 times, the first to warn that the baby had a fever and that we might postpone the arrival, the second when the fever was high and that we would cancel.
The receptionists, very kind, advised me that usually you would lose the deposit but still would ask the manager.
Conclusion: they left me a voucher of the amount of the deposit for the next holiday!
will be that the period is towards the end of the season, but it is not obvious to deal with such nice and helpful people.
