Beautiful village

Village Top!
Quiet location with a beautiful pool available.
Park very large and kept very well.

Wet, uncharming apartment. But close to the pool, nice.

The apartment was moist. When entering, it smelled wet, unused for a long time. We came back to the apt after a day out, finding a puddle of water on the floor. Bed sheets felt moist.
The earth right outside was constantly moist. Too much water in the ground perhaps, or poorly built houses.
The furniture was too big for the rooms, it was hard to move around the beds and open the cupboards, that were left unused.
We had to move the dining table in and out of the apartment to be able to use the living room.
No hooks anywhere to hang things.
Kitchen was good, fully equipped, although the glasses were dirty.
Drying rag, nice. Bathroom nice, except no warm water, just lukewarm.
Location good :-)
I would not go back there, except perhaps for the wonderful pool.

Terrible place. Booked with Agenzia Sabina.

We booked an appartment in this society with Agenzia Sabina.
The greatest Scam I have had this year. The overall state of the appartment is dirty, old, broken. It smelled of bleech and mold. The beds were old and the mattresses with many dirty spots. The worst of the bad was that the toilet seat was broken and had a hole in one spot the size of 2 thumbs! The bathroom was in a very, very poor state.
In terms of plates and cuttlery, you get a few old pieces which more disgust you than wish you a delightful lunch.
NOT recommendable. Avoid AGENZIA SABINA. They then gave us an appartment which had no water for hours, was just as dirty, and had absolutely no bedcovers and a couch which was not even good for a dog. Oh, and even less plates and cuttlery, and 2 drinking glasses in total.

Vacanza lenta... finalmente

Attualmente in vacanza nel villaggio con la mia famiglia e una di amici, ci sono stati proposti dall’ agenzia AZ group di Bibione gli appartamenti 19, 21 e 25 al piano terra e il 20, 22 e 26 al primo piano. Tutti luminosi, con cucina e bagno nuovi, curati nell’ arredamento e nella presenza di accessori (dotati di tv di qualità, grande frigorifero con cella freezer, microonde, macchina per caffè italiana e americana, cassaforte). Due camere e un divano letto danno la possibilità di dormirci in 6, noi in 4 comodi comodi! Gli appartamenti al piano terra hanno giardino, quelli al primo piano due grandi terrazze, con possibilità per entrambi di pranzare all aperto con tavolo dedicato. Il villaggio è molto tranquillo, gli appartamenti immersi nel verde con nel cuore del villaggio splendida piscina. I bambini girano dall’ appartamento alla piscina in libertà ma in sicurezza, essendo il villaggio recintato e chiuso ai non residenti all interno. Perfetta soluzione per famiglie o coppie che come noi cercano tranquillità fuori dal caos del centro ma comunque comodi al mare e al centro stesso. Posto auto interno e ombreggiato. La bicicletta è l ideale per spostarsi, affittabile volendo in agenzia a 2 euro al giorno, ottimo servizio!! Ho visto brutte recensioni ma o riguardavano altri appartamenti o erano obsolete non so, noi siamo stati indirizzati qui da amici che ci sono stati l anno scorso.. di certo si sta tranquilli in un bell appartamento e in un villaggio curato dove nel verde si respira e finalmente ferieeeee

tranquillità a 5 minuti dal mare

appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla , noi eravamo in 4 persone la cosa buona che avendo un animale domestico e stato accettato ,anche se devo dire che i cani sono vietati all interno del parco ...tu lo puoi tenere in appartamento ma per le passeggiate devi portarlo fuori dalla struttura...l arredamento non è nuovissimo...nel complesso le cose sono andate bene
