Super relax
Umístění velmi dobré. Krásná budova. Vynikající snídaně. Skvělé lázně a wellness. Pěkný bazén. Pěkný personál. Čistý a velký pokoj. Horská krajina vytváří nádherné prostředí. Je to velmi blízko města a můžete chodit pěšky.
Hanna, dívka z jídelny, byla velmi milá a pomocná.

Nový rok
Místo je krásné, ale obrázky na webových stránkách jsou trochu složitější.
Vybrali jsme kombinaci NYE na 3 noci + večeři NYE a celou částku jsme zaplatili předem. Vzhledem k vyprodání jsme měli místo luxusního pokoje malý pokoj za stejnou cenu.
Při příjezdu jsme zjistili, že všechny nápoje během večeře byly extra.
Večeře v NYE byla dobrá, ale odpočítávání nebylo hotové a půlnoc jsme ne oslavovali, jak jsme očekávali.
Kvalitní jídlo k snídani bylo dobré, ale ne velký výběr.
Celý personál je milý, ale vedoucí hotelu je chatterbox.
Lázeňské a wellness centrum je perfektní.
Jsme trochu naštvaní, protože cena byla tak vysoká, že jsme nenašli to, co jsme hledali.
Pro nás to nestálo za to utratit všechny tyto peníze za tento NYE.

A CASTLE IN TOWN!
Castel Hortenberg is a historic Tyrolian-German castle in Bolzano that has been repurposed as a luxury hotel.
The room we were allocated was large with historic frescoes, Breakfast was wonderful, with some of the best donuts you will eat outside of Krispy Kreme.
The swimming pool was fantastic and due to the hot weather was a welcome leisurely pass time for us as we lazed the afternoon away.
Location wise, the hotel is right in Bolzano, so if you are self driving, you are literally minutes from everything in Bolzano that there is to see.
I want to pay special tribute to the dynamic staff members; the charismatic Hamaz who somehow managed to maintain a straight face as I cracked joke after joke and the dynamic Ryzan who also is a marvelous chap who was also very engaging. Sanae was lovely as well, but Hamaz and Ryzan were the coolest dudes we encountered in our three week luxury jaunt through the Alps, and if we are ever in Bolzano again anytime soon, we would stay there just to catch up with the lads. We didn't get to say goodbye to Hamaz as he was not on duty when we checked out, but we cannot speak highly enough of him and Ryzan.

I absolutley loved my stay at the castel. I was without my husband and felt safe and enjoyed the little piece of heaven away from the old city. Very walkable to downtown and close to the running trail by the water. Also, easy to walk to the cable cars to teka you up the mouontain to Renon. Highly recommend!

An oasis of calm…
The whole experience was simply fabulous - an oasis of alpine calm and hospitality after a week of intense cycling through the Dolomites. The rooms are spacious, quiet, well equipped and comfortable, with thoughtful touches in the rooms - we slept so well here. The spa and pool are exceptional and you immediately feel relaxed and looked after. Everything feels new, and is so clean and well-maintained The decor is tasteful and beautiful - a minimal combination of gentle blues and mocha set within the ancient walls of the majestic medieval building. We did not eat in Le Secrete (which we understand is very special) but the meals and breakfast were delicious and of a very high standard. Most of all, though, all the friendly and welcoming staff made our stay so special - everyone was so kind and helpful, and always with a smile. We would like to especially thank Sanae - we have stayed in many hotels for business in our careers but her dedication and professionalism was outstanding by comparison- the hotel is very lucky to have her. We would also like to - thank Luminita, Hamaz and Ryan who were also exceptional. Thank you so much - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this little piece of heaven!
