An experience to repeat

Very well-kept hotel, excellent cuisine with sophisticated dishes on par with Michelin-starred ones.
The staff always treated us with extreme attention, kindness, and professionalism.

Week in Cervinia

The hotel is strategically located, and you can see the Matterhorn from its rooms. The room was clean, and everything was well maintained. I’d like to give a special mention to the staff at the Opera restaurant—especially sommelier Vlady, as well as Francesca and Michaella. We were truly satisfied—I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was a bit too meager, you had to wait for products such as fruit to be replenished, or you had to ask for

The price-quality ratio didn't quite work. The accommodation was expensive, the bathroom shower drain didn't drain, the towel rack was almost detached from the wall. The breakfast was a bit too meager, you had to wait for products such as fruit to be replenished, or you had to ask for them separately because they were out of stock. The service was of very high quality. The location was very good. We could come again if these shortcomings were fixed and we could assume that a hotel of that standard doesn't have these shortcomings.

Perfect!

It is a totally wonderful hotel. We had a close to perfect stay.
The location is not much better. Completely close to the central cabin lift, and there is ski-in at nr 16-bis. SELF at the end of April! But even if the distance is short, you can’t help but take advantage of the fabulously efficient shuttle service, which is always available – just outside the ski area. In addition, there is only about 100 meters down to the pedestrian street in Cervinia.
The ski area is an attraction in itself. Plenty of space in the closets - especially holds for the ski helmet, and it is super cool that you can hang your jacket in the closet, let the gloves stay. And there are, of course, shoe heaters, but there are also real furniture that is suitable to support the entrance into the skis.
The rooms are solid without being sparkling.
Breakfast is really delicious. It is ordered from the menu, which is prepared and brought to the table.
The wellness area is delicious, but the outdoor heated pool is a hit. Beautiful views in the unique surroundings. And huge praise to the staff at the pool, attentive, smiling and very friendly.
All in all a lovely hotel where everything is thought out and it works perfectly as a base for a ski holiday.
And there is free parking!

Highly recommend.

Rooms are great. Amenities are good. Service is impeccable. The Opera restaurant has great food and outstanding wine selection.
