Short but intense
A very short 3-day stay, but enough to enjoy a lot of kindness and thoughtfulness toward the guests.
Clean room and very good bed, friendliness at the reception, excellent services after check-out!
They provided us with a changing room with a shower and bathroom to get ready for our departure!

I will not return
Positive notes: impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and all common areas, semi-covered private parking, central area.
Negative notes: price too high in relation to the room they assigned us (208), too small to be sold as a double, and in relation to the quality of the breakfast.
Supermarket mini tarts, pound cake, and cookies, only one homemade cake, and very little fruit. They even "offer" canned peaches, which I hadn't seen in 30 years. The management of the breakfast room is left to an "iron sergeant" who scolds you at the slightest distraction, as if she were dealing with kindergarten children.

La ringraziamo per aver apprezzato la pulizia degli ambienti, il parcheggio privato e la posizione della struttura.
Ci dispiace leggere il suo giudizio sulla camera 208. Le dimensioni della stanza sono perfettamente conformi a quanto previsto dalla normativa per una camera doppia e sono chiaramente indicate nella descrizione della struttura, così come le fotografie pubblicate.
Per quanto riguarda la colazione, la nostra offerta è in linea con gli standard di un hotel a 3 stelle e comprende prodotti confezionati di qualità, dolci, una torta fatta in casa ogni giorno, frutta fresca e altri prodotti. Le pesche sciroppate, da lei citate con tono ironico, sono una presenza assolutamente normale nei buffet della colazione di moltissimi hotel della nostra categoria e vengono apprezzate da numerosi ospiti.
Ci rammarica inoltre il riferimento offensivo rivolto alla nostra addetta alla sala colazioni, definita una "sergente di ferro". Si tratta di una collaboratrice che riceve quotidianamente apprezzamenti per la sua disponibilità, la cortesia e l'attenzione con cui segue gli ospiti. Far rispettare poche semplici regole organizzative, necessarie per garantire un servizio ordinato e piacevole a tutti, non può essere interpretato come scortesia.
Siamo sempre disponibili ad accogliere osservazioni costruttive, ma riteniamo che il rispetto nei confronti delle persone che svolgono il proprio lavoro con professionalità debba rimanere un principio fondamentale.

Excellent.
My wife and I were guests for two weeks between June and July.
Well-kept and very clean environments. Extremely courteous and professional staff. Rich breakfast. A stone's throw from the sea and the center.
Reserved car parking.

Very close to the beach!!
My son and I stayed here for 6 nights. The staff was VERY friendly and very helpful. The rooms were good, but we usually within Italy 2 beds means 2 single beds. That was ok. The only thing that was not great was that the mini fridge was not very cold. We used it to try to keep our beer cold. But it was the worst fridge I have ever seen! The front desk staff, the house keepers the lady at breakfast were all 10/10!! And it is maybe 100m from the beach. And they have free parking! That is huge. Some of the other places were charging 10€ or more a day to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend. It was decent value I think. We booked directly with the hotel which is usually cheaper than one of the 3rd party sites. The breakfast was average. Nothing special. 2 types of meats with 1 type of cheese. Had a croissant that was very good and then the usual packaged treats and things that will last for ages. I had yoghurt and museli every morning. The shower was very small, but that is typical of Europe. The AC worked very well. In all I would definitely recommend staying here again. I should add the breakfast was added onto the cost when we booked. Much cheaper than if you pay each time at the hotel.

Clean and cozy hotel near the center of Marina di campo.
The property is well managed. the room (304) very spacious, clean and with everything you need for a holiday. Equipped with a huge terrace allows the view of the sea and, what is not obvious, a good rest being on the second floor and therefore further from the road. Air conditioning efficient and not noisy.
I really enjoyed the Covered parking at 50 meters and the breakfast served (without the usual automatic coffee machines).
The structure guarantees ample freedom of movement having a secondary key access open all night (reception closes from 21 to 8) and a private remote control for parking not far away.
Kindness and professionalism from 4 stars (always a smile and a nice word from all the staff for each guest) good!
