No lift, no A/C, no sleep. The Ferrari Suites are located 88 marble steps up on the 3rd floor of a building with only a small sign to the right of a huge wooden door. I alerted the owner/ manager we would be arriving early as she had requested we do. The door was locked. We called the # on the sign and was told no one could help with the luggage until 3:30pm. She remotely unlocked the door and we were shocked to see there is no elevator. Hoping for the best, we left our luggage in the foyer. We hoofed it up the stairs and found 3 keys: 1 for the street door, 1 for the entry to the area of multiple suites and a skeleton key for our room. Despite advertising A/C, there is none. The weather is 90 degrees! The noise from the piazza went on til 4AM every night so we had no sleep. No help to bring luggage down. Huge disappointment!

We were hoping otherwise.

The B&B Ferrari Suite is well located in the historic centre of Campobasso, opposite the Cathedral.
It is a great shame that at the time of booking they do not inform that the building has no elevator and that the rooms are on the 4th floor, more than 90 steps.
It was very wearying for us adults, older, to raise and lower our bags without receiving the help of anyone from the Ferrari Suite, even though we had informed the arrival time and the time we were leaving the room.
Breakfast is served in a bar outside the building and consists of a coffee or cappuccino or latte and a brioche.
Considering what was expressed we must say that it was not very nice to be staying there.

Be careful...

The suite is connected to another that has also had national publicity in a well-known television show dedicated to the hotel.... The rooms are nice but certainly not suites. the structure is located on the third floor of a building without elevator... To know before.... we would organize with luggage. Breakfast has an agreement with a bar and includes coffee / cappuccino and croissants: if you are with children who want chocolate you have to bring it from home... The bar was once a cafe among the best if not the best.... Today it remains only the name...

FOR GOODNESS' SAKE....

We stayed for 1 night at this property, where during the Reservation momemto, I was pointed out that I had been given 2 brand new rooms when in truth they were a local "attic" style pigeon house with antique sheets and holes (plus with hair on top), non-existent television remote control and in the other TV room not working. Dust everywhere. Structure reachable after 116 steps. The shower just comes on only 2 strands of water. Not to mention the friendliness of the owner where she told me that I had to deal with the navigator to find the way to the B & B since there was a detour due to work and a beer party. Nor do I comment on the parking spaces, which also do not exist, although I was told at the time of Reservation that there were no parking spaces. ONLY positive point the breakfast at the bar. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
