Everything perfect

What about... a nice surprise !!! 1 star hotel that deserves 3 there is really nothing missing clean and fragrant spacious room, a nice terrace and a beautiful place surrounded by nature even if it is along a provincial road.
There is a common room always open with freezer, fridge, water dispenser and coffee machine.
Special appreciation to the very kind staff and available to meet every need and request and to give directions, also provide the discount voucher for parking at the beautiful beach of Brussa.
Upon arrival they made me find the bowls, the kennel and even towels for my dog.
Excellent value for money
We felt at home.

Not recommended!!!!

Spaghetti with seafood really poor in every sense. The quantity, but above all the quality. Pre-cooked several days before, with non-fresh ingredients. I will not stay there again and would not recommend it. The environment is nothing special either. For the record, pizza is saved, but it is too little... The worst spaghetti ever eaten...

Everything you need for a good price!

I highly recommend this hotel. It has been completely renovated (including the facade) and looks even more beautiful than in the photos. I was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the owner and Andreja (the receptionist), who warmly welcomed us and showed us our room. You enter in the hotel by a code and also you can look keys in the locker. We found that very handy. The hotel offers everything a person needs. We were a family with a 3-year-old child and received tips for nearby excursions. Andrea was very proactive via WhatsApp, providing us with lots of advice even before our arrival. They even prepared bicycles with a child seat for us, although we ended up being too busy to use them. The hotel offers a special discount for the Brussa beach parking, which is great because the beach is away from the city hustle and only a 5-minute drive by car. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was basic but delicious. It included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bottled water. The owner even prepared a donut for a child every day. There’s something for everyone, and you’ll definitely leave well-fed. We liked taking our coffee out to the terrace after breakfast and enjoying it in the pleasant shade. Coffe BTW was very delicious! The room was lovely, with a safe and a balcony and very clean, they made our bed everyday. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Having access to a shared refrigerator was very convenient. There’s also a coffee and drink vending machine in the hallway, which can be quite useful. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, and there are even horses right next to the hotel. It’s not far from Bibione, Caorle, and Lignano. You can also take a boat from nearby Velle Vecchia to the center of Bibione or Caorle. Each town is about a 25-minute drive from the hotel, and the location is truly strategic. All in all, we were very satisfied, and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks again for everything!

Ottima soluzione per la Brussa

Ambiente pulito e ben tenuto. Lo staff è disponibile e cordiale. Le camere sono accoglienti e dotate di tutto quanto serve. La posizione è a pochi km. dalla spiaggia.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Senza dubbio consigliato!

Ottimo hotel 1 stella

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in questo piccolo hotel.
Personale molto disponibile e affabile, colazione molto buona e abbondante (cornetto, fette biscottate e marmellata , yogurt, frutta fresca) direi più da tre stelle! Complimenti!
Camera pulita, fresca grazie al condizionatore, di giuste dimensioni.
Unica pecca il bagno: assenza del bidè e doccia a tendina a ridosso del water.
Prezzo in linea con i servizi offerti e la classe dell'hotel.
Tutto sommato da consigliare.
