Short stay

Small hotel with well-kept rooms, bathroom, fridge, TV, and air conditioning. Very varied and abundant breakfast. Friendly and helpful people for any problem.

excellent

I stayed at this hotel and the experience was very positive. The property is well maintained, clean and welcoming. The staff has proved to be kind, professional and always available for any need. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet, ideal for resting after a busy day. The common areas are also well organized and pleasant. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to those looking for comfort and a welcoming environment.

To be recommended

On the occasion of a basketball event I stayed with my staff and my athletes at the Santa Lucia hotel, a spartan but nice and welcoming accommodation, as indeed was Ms. Luisa. Good and plentiful breakfast and, strength, the restaurant / pizzeria (always owned) in the center of Capo D'Orlando where we had lunch and dinner. Great food and organized service. I would recommend it to anyone. Giorgio Dimartino

Very disappointing stay

Hotel is situated at the back of Capo d'Orlando. At least 25 minutes walk to the beach and the centro.
Tucked down a little road, a very unappealing entrance.
The "hotel" is very unkempt with broken old potplants etc around. They advertise a bike to use...good luck with that one!
Linen in room very old and threadbare. Holes in my sheets.
Very noisy with neighbours dogs barking and tenants entering with no consideration to others, banging doors and loud chatter.

Ants and ants again

As soon as we got there, everything seemed fine. We paid one night in advance and were given a room not too comfortable as it was located at the top of some very steep wooden stairs, but we thought that I infuse the property offered that and that several rooms were at the top of the stairs. The night before going to bed we asked if it was possible to stay the next night too and the request was granted. The night unfortunately we realized that in the bed with us there were also other guests. Ants were there with us, but while we just wanted to sleep they were very active and sgambattavano on us. The next morning we pointed out what happened and were apologized to in all the sauces and told that everything would be put in place by the morning.
The second night... Same as the first one.
The next morning we reported the incident again, we paid the second night, we were apologized again and left. Now I wonder what I'm gonna do with that apology? You should just be ashamed. Obviously never see you again.
