The Mayor and Franz are UNESCO heritage.

Franz is UNESCO heritage! Unique homeowner along with his family, who make you feel at home and especially pampered and spoiled! Superb food both at breakfast and dinner, and lemonade and limoncello are always offered by Franz, truly unforgettable. I will return to let my mother and daughter savor all of this! I almost forgot: the thermal pool is a gem and not to be taken for granted!

Perfect!

A wonderful place expertly managed by Frantz and his family. A true break where everything becomes easy, with very good meals in the evening made with fresh products and great generosity. Ideally located in Ischia.
The vintage decor gives it all its charm with its small flowered terraces. You feel at home, with hosts very concerned about making this stay unforgettable. The thermal water baths welcome us in the evening after beautiful days of walks.
We are delighted, this is the second time we have stayed here.

Feeling at home in Ischia!

Feeling at home in Ischia.
We loved everything: the cleanliness of the rooms down to the smallest details, the welcome upon arrival from Franz, and his care in every single thing. He came to pick us up at the port and, because of the heat, offered us a delicious lemonade. We will miss the conversations with his parents so much. They made sure to give us every piece of information, super interesting and essential for those who don't know the area.
Franz's availability and the speed of his responses via WhatsApp were impressive.
Forget 5-star hotels. Here you will feel welcomed, at home, and if you want to relax, you can take advantage of the indoor thermal pool. A real cure-all. And then the breakfast... With Franz's aunt's cooking, how wonderful!
If you don't book this hotel, you're crazy! Thanks for everything, you are wonderful!

Family-friendly

I went to this hotel, booking at the last minute I was alone and I must say it was a very pleasant experience because it was as if I were at home!
Franz the owner was uniquely kind! Snow-white sheets, super comfortable bed! Good breakfast and especially their super lemonade!!!! I will return very gladly, thank you very much
