Disappointment

The actual rating is 3*. A big disappointment. We stayed for 2 nights, from Sunday to Tuesday in June. We couldn’t use the pool because they have events throughout the entire month of June. We only encountered hotel guests on Monday and Tuesday, so it’s incomprehensible why we had to give up relaxing in the garden and using the pool after visiting the Royal Palace. The lounge chairs and garden furniture in the garden were covered in bird droppings.
Regarding the room’s furnishings: The tabletop was dirty, scratched, and grooved. There was no place to charge our phones. The bathroom didn’t have enough towel racks or a magnifying mirror. The walls were moldy, and the finish was unfinished (as shown in the photo).
The Italian-style breakfast consisted only of sweet pastries. There were also mini sausages and scrambled eggs, but no vegetables at all. A few slices of cheap sliced cheese and cold cuts. Other 3-star hotels in Italy offer a generous breakfast. Calling this a 4-star hotel is a huge exaggeration, and it’s not worth the price. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and has a weak signal.

Property including room was dated. Only one (1) electrical outlet and it was below the desk. Shower was super small.
So small it was difficult to turn around in. Breakfast food was poor.

Only one night, too bad!

A lovely room, much more spacious than we expected. Clean, equipped with every comfort. Excellent breakfast, with quality products, also served in the beautiful rooms of the restaurant La Bolla located below the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming lady who deals with this specific service. Beautiful Christmas decorations that made the atmosphere even more pleasant.
