They deserve my review

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and as always in every place you go you never know what to expect, I start by saying.
At the reception we met Antonella, a girl sure of her job with great commitment, hospitality, kindness and what struck me so much her sweetness in explaining to her customers all the information we needed despite her young age. Then there Antonio, also a golden boy, also the same as Miss Antonella, so much patience and love (SO WERE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS OF 'HOTEL, IN FACT ALL OF US ALWAYS MADE HIM COMPLIMENTS ) They showed us the rooms if it was to our liking, it was perfect clean, already so we were happy, because as you know there is always some flaw in the cleanliness, instead Mrs. Rosaria cleaned as if it were her house that beautiful I arranged my perfume and the pyjamas I still apologize was my distraction. Ahmed all do, I had a small problem with the hand shower I spoke with Mrs. Maria and the same evening was ammonato.Ci will definitely be back but I must say this for the staff I found.
Great breakfast, great restaurant, did not find a flaw.

Decadent

I stayed at the Seven hotel for 3 days and 2 nights.
The trip was part of a school outing, and therefore, my room was shared with my classmates.
I began the stay in a chaotic manner. In fact, despite repeated requests, we had to share one outlet among four of us. This was because, even though there were four outlets in the room, only one was functional.
Additionally, in all the rooms, we found remnants of rust and mold.
To conclude the review of the room, very often the light was absent, and that is why we could not enjoy hot water.
Still talking about electronic devices, the TV had Sky, but unfortunately, it did not work.
Regarding the meals, however, I found only breakfast to be somewhat acceptable.
Dinner was the part that made everyone feel unwell.
As a first course, we were served a portion of pasta dressed with ham and béchamel sauce.
Of course, tastes vary, but what struck me was that there were two insects in the plate of one of my peers.
As a second course, we were served a chicken cutlet and some fries, both clearly frozen. In my humble opinion, the food that was served to us was simply microwaved, not properly cooked.
The previously listed issues, in my opinion, were the least significant details.
In fact, once we entered the room, we saw a chewed Ringo on the nightstand and a panty liner in the trash can.
Honestly, I find it truly disgusting that, in a facility considered a hotel, it is still necessary to teach what "cleanliness" means.
Another flaw that struck me was the room keys.
In fact, each of them could open two or more rooms.
This led to repeated disturbances during the stay.
Finally, the doors of the shared bathrooms could not close properly.
I sincerely do not recommend this experience; the price is low, but that does not mean to neglect essential services.

Bad experience

I stayed for 2 nights during which we were served abominable food; only the breakfast was edible.
In the room, my bed had a broken spring, so I had to sleep sinking in the center, like a hammock.
As for the outlets, only 2 worked, and moreover, the outlet for the TV did not work, and consequently, neither did the TV; additionally, we found exposed wires that were dangerous for children.
The power went out several times, and there was no hot water.
I also encountered a problem with the keys because one could open every room.
It is an experience that I absolutely do not recommend.

Very unpleasant experience.

Terrible kitchen, rooms without cleaning, a problem with the keys where any key can open any door of any room, there are no windows in the bathroom, the availability of the hotel is not good.

Very ugly.

Terrible kitchen, rooms without cleaning, problems with the keys where any key can open any door, towels are not changed in the bathroom, broken air conditioning, non-functioning TV.
