The rooms are spacious; mine even had a double balcony. Bathroom and shower box were standard, with a window, which is always appreciated. The price was also absolutely reasonable, so overall I cannot complain.
The only downside was the parking: the available spots are few, and it is not always possible to find space. I had to leave the car in front of the hotel, where the lines are blue and therefore paid parking. Fortunately, I was still able to keep an eye on it.

Just renovated
The rooms have been totally renovated and in my opinion tastefully, very functional, with kitchenette.
Hair dryer and towels present, beds and pillows very comfortable!!
I would definitely consider it for a next vacation.
Even the idea of DIY breakfast is not bad, although of course I prefer the standard one with more choice, and it is only for this reason that I do not give 5 stars

An evening to FORGET!
Of the hours 19.30 in the structure there is no one in reception or even in the structure. Phones are turned off or numbers are nonexistent.
At 10 pm, called by other customers, the police arrive and, after many more phone calls, at 10.40 pm, the hotel owners.
Check-in is done at 11.30 pm because:
- since there was no one in reception, customers took the room cards independently, thus creating chaos with the keys.
- some rooms delivered were dirty (used), and as a result we refused to access, so they were cleaned while we kept waiting.
- continuous discussions, insults, apologies and invitations to leave by the owners.
Also the owners did not deign to apologize, except for two guys that the next morning we found in reception.
At check out we were offered a discount voucher for the next stay.

A pleasant surprise in Cervia.
The only small thing to fix is the small elevator, but even on this aspect we were told that they will intervene.
