Perfect stay, will gladly return
I stayed at this hotel last weekend and had a great time. The owner is a really nice and helpful person, ready to help on any occasion.
The breakfast is super rich, with many options for all tastes, and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable.
Also great location: from there you can reach everything easily, both the station and the beach.
The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos, without any nasty surprises!
I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the stay.
If I happen to be in the area again, I'd really like to come back. Highly recommended

Good choice for three days in Cervia
Excellent availability and courtesy right from the first telephone contact for booking. Well maintained and comfortable structure as it is a stone's throw from both the historic center and the beach. Room on the second floor with balcony facing the street, with convenient independent access (without the need to pass through reception), good looking, clean and more than adequate. Excellent sleep quality, quiet structure. Well presented sweet/savory breakfast, with good variety and fresh food. The owner was extremely courteous, helpful and ready to give advice on finding your way around the city and making the most of the city's venues and attractions. It's a shame about the unwelcoming weather during our stay, but we can't blame the manager for that...

Lovely B&B, Great Service
We visit Cervia once a year and always stay at Garnì Anna for many reasons, the foremost being Pierluigi who is the perfect host.
We love the position of the Garnì in a quiet street but perfect for access to the beach which is great for relaxing or long walks, the historical town centre, the working dock area and of course, is very near to the salt flats and the wide variety of visiting birdlife.
Pierluigi puts on a vast breakfast spread of savoury and sweet but his piece-de-resistance are his freshly homemade cakes which are very difficult to say no to.
The house is very well cleaned and maintained, it is a visit that we look forward to each year and are already booked for next year.
I would recommend a trip to Cervia, which is lovely, and a stay in this warm and welcoming Garnì.

Excellent as usual
Pierluigi looks after you very well at Garnì Anna. His breakfasts are a mix of savoury and sweet foods. Each morning Pierluigi has made a cake, or two, using good ingredients, perfect for a cyclist. Savoury foods include cold meats, eggs, cheeses, selection of cereals, breads. It is a big selection. The rooms are nice and quiet, well maintained. Garnì Anna is in a tranquil area of Cervia a couple of minutes from the beach. Good wifi.

We loved Garni Anna
Accommodations
We booked a double room for a week long stay and were very happy with it. The rooms are very simple, but with all the essentials: a wardrobe, air conditioning, blinds that roll down over the balcony doors, in-room bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet, towels, some basic toiletries. If you're picking about your soap or shampoo/conditioner, you should bring your own but we were fine with the basic stuff provided. The beds were quite firm, as were the pillows, but the housekeeper was very nice to bring me a couple extra soft pillows that I needed to be comfortable.
We were on the second floor, and the rooms are behind a secure door (as long as neighboring guests remember to shut it!) that is accessible by your room key card. I particularly appreciated this bit of security since I was in and out of the room often.
The wifi was usually quite good during the day, though I noticed the signal strength would vary depending on my location in the room at certain times.
Cleanliness
We had a lovely woman doing our housekeeping who was both considerate and highly efficient. Whenever I was working in the room, she made sure to clean both thoroughly and very quickly, and we managed to communicate pretty well with my sub-basic Italian.
Breakfast
The breakfast reviews were not exaggerated! I'm not an early riser by any means but the breakfasts were so good I made sure to be down first thing when the breakfast room opened just about every morning. There was always an array of little biscuits and jams on one side of the cold buffet bar, a sandwich type thing (something different every day!), a fruit offering, cheese, salami, croissants, and three or four baked goods. I still fondly remember the delicious cheesecake! And while I'm not a coffee drinker, my husband and friend both said the fresh brewed coffee was unmissable.
Hospitality
I cannot say enough about how good it was to stay at a place where the host was so genuinely welcoming and gracious. It was a stark contrast to the St. Regis we'd just stayed at (which was snobby and too good to be bothered with us), in fact, Pierluigi was super helpful before we arrived by email and throughout our entire stay. At no time did we ever get the impression that we were asking for too much whether it was helping us get in touch with a local restaurant, making an afternoon cup of tea, or arranging a taxi pick up.
Location
It was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and we were literally half a block away from a nice little avenue of shops and cafes and restaurants. There was a nice small town feel on Sunday afternoon where the locals were out walking, just enjoying the sun and the gelato. I did forget that many shops are closed on Sunday so missed out on some shopping but it was fine. We quickly established a favorite restaurant a short walk away.
In sum, this was the ideal place to stay, it felt a little bit like a home away from home.
