The women are a force of nature!!!

The staff at this hotel is super!! kindness and courtesy come first!!
I stayed alone in a room for three, it was spacious and impeccably clean!!
Abundant breakfasts, impeccable lunch and dinner, everything was good and they were available for every need... location 5 minutes from the sea and in a quiet area.. definitely worth returning to.

Truly excellent new management

The experience at Hotel Carol was truly great. The new managers welcomed us with great kindness, warmth, and availability. The food was excellent: well-prepared, abundant, and truly delicious. You can feel the passion and commitment they are putting into this new management. A big good luck, highly recommended!

Weekend with family (there were three families)

I was with my family and a group of friends, who also had children.
Let's start from the perspective of the hotel, which has been under new management for a few months.
The hotel is very welcoming both inside and outside.
Outside, we have a large private parking lot.
Inside the well-maintained hotel, we find the entrance to receive guests, the bar area, and the well-served restaurant room.
Excellent breakfast with homemade cakes, and in addition to breakfast, they also serve lunch and dinner with very good dishes.
The rooms, as is obvious in all the rooms, are very clean.
I can only speak about the staff; the family management is truly exceptional, very kind, and always available for everything.
The hotel's location is interesting, just a few minutes from the sea and the center.
I will definitely return because I felt really good, like with family; keep up the great work!

Old hotel to renovate and probably not worth 3 stars

We have just returned from staying at this hotel for the bridge on June 02. Only positive things: large and free parking, decent cleaning of the rooms.
We lost 40 minutes to check in even though there were only 4 people in front of us because the owner personally accompanied each guest to the room wasting a lot of time. I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. The room was clean but the adhesive plastic floor was all ruined raised in various places and moldy. That's indecent. Even the bathroom has toilets of at least 50 years with all oxidized taps (not even in camping I had seen a bathroom like it). The room was not soundproofed and for the two nights we struggled to sleep because the roommate had a cough. The TV in the room was small and placed on the closet practically unusable. The air conditioning was centralized and noisy. All this for the modest amount of 100 euros per night! Last gem: this morning I should have left the room and the parking lot by 10. I asked the favor to keep the car until 13/14 and being departure day I thought there were no problems. In the end they asked me for a supplement of 5 euros to leave the car for 3 hours more since then at 1 pm I left and the parking lot was half empty. We were disappointed with both the structure and the 'welcome. Definitely not coming back

3 stelle tutte cadenti!

Unfortunately it was really a disappointment...3 stars all falling.
Leaving aside the room because I have already stayed in 3-star hotel rooms, the service and hospitality typical of Romagna here do not know what they are. We needed additional wipes for a problem and were given badly and with a crooked nose and replying that we were not at the grand hotel.
Breakfast: not even a 2-star has ever given me so little choice.
Ah and I forgot he kept us company for all 5 days a nice mouse in the air conditioning ducts!
In short, everything to review... but above all the availability hospitality and services green customer that regardless of the stars in a hotel is the basis!
