Family Holiday : July 09th - July 16th 2019
We had a great time @ Hotel Prestigio: Clean rooms, great choice of local foods for lunch & dinner + large salad buffet & breakfast buffet. Owner family super friendly and excellent staff throughout. Especially for small children H.Prestigio caters very well, having entertainers / child minders onsite all day. There is a large pool, table tennis, bicycles, billiard, gym, etc. Also small onsite car park is available. Grazie Marco T. & Family for having us! BR Paul

There are better options, and you can spend less.
We arrived Saturday, May 30, until June 2, two couples, the room was dirty; by chance, my phone fell to the floor near the bed, I looked up and was left speechless, everything was full of dust (under the bed), the beach and pool were sufficient with the possibility of using the hot tub once a day with a token. The most shocking moment was the meals; we had half board. If you go, bring your own dishes from home; they are always missing cups, glasses, etc. Then, let's not talk about dinner; you knew what time you entered, 7:30 PM like all the hotels in the area, but you didn't know what time you would leave 9:30/9:40 PM. Two people in the dining room for about 80 guests to serve. Never again.

Relaxation and hospitality.
I stayed the last week of May.
Fortune smiled upon me as I found a wonderful week of sunshine and good weather.
The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool and a coin-operated hot tub.
It is a 3-star hotel located about 50 meters from the beach.
The price offered for the "all-inclusive" package is truly convenient.
I had a good experience.
The owner and staff are very kind and available for any request.
We are in Romagna! Relax and smile!

Disappointed
Stayed in a full board arrangement for four at the end of May.
Unfortunately, the experience was not positive: the meals were truly inedible, while breakfast was the only moment that met expectations.
Our room on the 4th floor had ants in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a facility of this level.
A positive note is the pool, which is large and pleasant, although it is not heated as stated.
Overall, a disappointing experience that definitely needs improvement.

There will be no third stay at this hotel
We had already visited this hotel in 2016 and had been rather satisfied. This year, the level has fallen. For the same price, one can find better in the neighborhood, which is alive and well.
Pros: Beautiful swimming pool, 200 meters from the sea, decent rooms despite hard beds , rather friendly staff
Cons: Very unsympathetic boss not greeting customers, repetitive food and quality down sharply, very minimalist breakfasts, Service sometimes cahotic despite a restaurant only 3/4 full, completely rotten bikes. No entertainment or welcome aperitif.
