REGENERATING
I had the joy of staying with my husband for three weeks in August 2025 in this farm and I can say that it was a very special experience, one that remains in the heart.
The owners, Marco and Giorgia, make every detail special: Marco, the chef, prepares genuine dishes using local ingredients and their land; Giorgia takes care of the rooms, which are all spotless, serves at the table and takes care of every little detail. The oil they produce is extraordinary, the wine perfectly accompanies meals, and the homemade jams taste like the good things they used to.
In the morning you wake up to a rich breakfast of cakes and sweets prepared by Giorgia, a pleasure that makes the start of the day even sweeter.
The strengths of the farm are many: the quiet location, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the lively and family atmosphere, and the opportunity to relax in an authentic environment. It is a place where you can regenerate, away from the noise and frenzy.
What really conquers is the feeling of being in the family: an exquisite family, with two wonderful children who with their presence give joy, spontaneity and empathy. You feel welcomed not as a customer, but as a guest of the house.
And when you don’t feel like going out in the evening, it’s a pleasure to stay there: the view is enchanting and a fresh breeze accompanies moments of peace and serenity.
I recommend it to everyone: couples looking for relaxation or families with children, here you find balance and serenity, immersed in nature, good food and a Welcoming made of heart and empathy. It is not just a stay, but an experience that remains in the heart. We will be back for sure! ❤️

Unforgettable experience
A dream. So many things to say about this place but to enclose them all I must say: a dream! 3 days difficult to forget.Pace, relaxation, well-being stato puro.Luogo lovely, cleanliness, you immediately feel "at home" but in the most positive sense of termine.Ci definitely return.We had dinner the first evening, simple dishes and made with care, all very buon.Colazione prepared with love and attention, the best way to start the day. Room air-conditioned, clean and breathtaking panorama.The lovely owners, attentive to the needs of ospiti.Ambiente famigliare.consigli highly. Visiting my brother
During the second week of October 2022 my wife & I went to visit my brother in Abruzzo. My brother owns house situated close to L'Arcadia.
Marco & Georgia made us very welcome in their family run home. The room that we had was warm & comfortable. It had a lovely view over the local countryside towards Citta Sant Angelo & the Adriatic.
Marco was very helpful with the best route suggestions to locations that we wanted to visit. If you go to Abruzzo you must visit The Gran Sasso National Park. It is simply beautiful, especially during the autumn.
During our stay we had a wonderful Italian meal prepared with local ingredients by our hosts. The evening meal consisted of around seven courses!! This meal was accompanied by wine from the owners vineyard. The dining room was full with mainly local people, so be prepared to book it in advance. This meal was a a really pleasant experience & one that we shall remember for a long time to come. It was a highlight of our holiday.

With their intimate knowledge of the area, they will help you to create incredible itineraries based on your interests from a day at the beach to an outstanding drive through winding roads and medieval Italian cities. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast of pastries, jam, and espresso in the morning with Marco and find yourself back at L’Arcadia at night to enjoy an aperitivo on the porch overlooking the rolling hills of olive trees and grape vines with Concetta. For an outstanding dining experience, have Concetta cook you a four course homemade dinner that will be the perfect end to an amazing day. Think homemade pasta, fresh sauces, and local delicacies all made with love and cooked to perfection by a true Italian chef as the breeze blows in through the open doors and the moon settles over the rolling hills. This all at an extremely affordable price that will keep you wanting to return over and over again to what could be the most beautiful, less well known (almost hesitate to tell you this) spot in Italy.

Magnifica sorpresa
Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana nell'appartamento Parmenide,che oltre ad essere particolare e accogliente, era pulito e ben arredato. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti e disponibili, facendoci sentire come in famiglia. Abbiamo cenato tutte le sere presso la struttura, gustando ottimi piatti genuini, contornati da una bellissima visuale sulle colline. Anche nostro figlio di 4 anni si è subito legato emotivamente al luogo e a proprietari. Ci torneremo sicuramente e rinnoviamo i complimenti e ringraziamenti a Giorgia, Marco, nonno Edoardo e nonna Concetta.
