Stay at the castle

The B&B is located at the foot of a majestic castle on a hill overlooking the valley. Upon arrival greets us the wonderful Mrs. Magda, who despite her commitments related to the harvest shows us the room and the structure... All in wood with the panorama of the Rose and the Alps. Scented and clean. We were the only guests at the property and Magda even gives us a tour of the cellars and delights us with tasting their wines and local cold cuts and cheeses. At night the storm makes everything very magical that n the flashes in the background behind the castle. We bought the wines and spirits from the shop. No tour of the castle because there were no owners. A truly fantastic stay... Of course we will return

Not fully satisfied, but with some disappointment

We went for the tasting with a smartbox; when I booked, they specified that it was for 2 wines with cold cuts and cheeses. Once we arrived, there were also guests from the B&B, and we were told that the tasting was for 5 wines and that if we wanted to participate, we would have to pay the difference... really not elegant; they could have directly offered the 5-wine tasting with the smartbox. I got the impression they wanted to profit from these 'extras.' All accompanied by an embarrassing little plate with two breadsticks, two slices of cheese, and mini skewers made with grapes and cheese. It's a shame about the wines because I found them interesting. Nice place but nothing memorable.

B&B

Beautiful experience where we met wonderful people, the owners Magda and Alessandro are very helpful and super friendly, lovely and romantic location where relaxation is assured. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience: they gave us a cantine.wine voucher which included an overnight stay at a Carosera B&B, visits to the castle and a visit and tasting at centovigne cellars. This b&b is very nice, excellent cleanliness and hospitality worthy of the name, both Magda who welcomed us into the structure and Alessandro who guided us in the visit to the castle, the cellars and during the tasting are very good ... Alessandro really helped us involved and enchanted with his stories of the Biella area and its vineyards. I highly recommend to everyone!!

la ringraziamo di cuore per la sua meravigliosa recensione. Siamo lieti che il voucher cantine.wine le abbia permesso di vivere un'esperienza così piacevole presso il nostro B&B La Carosera e nelle cantine Centovigne.
Ci fa molto piacere sapere che abbia apprezzato la pulizia e l'accoglienza della nostra struttura, così come la guida di Magda e Alessandro. Le sue parole di apprezzamento per Alessandro e i suoi racconti ci riempiono di orgoglio.

Even the Biella area can surprise

I went for a tasting at the adjoining cellar (same owner) and I was very happy with both. The structure has been converted into a B&B above the cellar, the room with the canopy bed is beautiful, the owner and his family make you feel at ease and the next morning, if you want, he will guide you in the annexed patrician residence telling you the story . A very, very pleasant weekend in the upper Piedmontese hills (also dedicated to wine).
