A highly recommended residence near Garda
A wonderful structure, we stayed in a very comfortable and organized apartment, being able to take advantage of a kitchenette, swimming pool, garden and even a shared barbecue area. The garden is very large, and connects all the various annexes in a common courtyard. The residence also has a restaurant on request, a children's playground, a free laundry and the possibility to book excursions and hiking and cycling. Staff very kind and helpful to any need, I found myself very well and would love to return in the future. The nearby town of Garda allows you to easily take ferries connecting with Sirmione, Desenzano, Riva and other towns overlooking the lake.

Apprezziamo anche il suo elogio al personale gentilissimo e disponibile, e la comodità vicino a Garda per i traghetti verso Sirmione, Desenzano, Riva e altre bellezze del lago. Il suo "consigliatissimo" e il desiderio di tornare ci motivano enormemente!

Nice small apartment complex.
Cozy small complex with reasonable apartments. Limited what you can make of food even as kitchen facilities are very spartan. Located a bit isolated, but with short distance to supermarket. Nice WIFI in the pool area, but very poor connection in the apartment. Generally also poor coverage in the area of ordinary internet connection via phone. Good size apartment for a family of 5 people.

The whole place is a little tired but perfectly functional and the staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. The main complaint is the other guests who swarmed the pool area, left rubbish everywhere and were a genuine nuisance. Not much the staff can do about that. They were mainly Dutch and Danish which surprised me. I expected better from them.

Too bad - it was much better
Unfortunately, the plant has brutally subsided.
No heating - on request the air conditioning is supposedly set to winter.
but she wasn't.
We were unlucky that there was a wedding on the last day - all windows open (October!) and party until just before 0 o'clock
Both communication and goodwill ?
more than worthy of improvement!

Geht es von Ihrem Kommentar hervor, daß Sie schon Gast bei uns waren und wir freuen uns über Ihren erneuten Besuch sehr Schade, dass diesmal nicht alles nach Ihren Erwartungen lief, da der Luftkonvektor zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Ankunft noch auf Sommerbetrieb eingestellt war und daher Klimaanlage nur ausstrahlte.
Als Sie das Problem an der Rezeption via whatsapp meldeten, war es an den Abend vor Ihrer Abreise im Zusammenhang mit der Hochzeit, bei der Sie sich über die laute Musik bis zum Abend beschwerten.
Es ist eine Schande, dass Sie alle 4 Tage Ihres Urlaubs ein solches Unbehagen erleben mussten. Hätten Sie das Klimagerät einfach auf Winterbetrieb umgeschaltet, wäre die Temperatur der Wohnung ideal geworden und hätten Sie komfortable Räume genießen können. Wir entschuldigen uns vielmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten und das Missverständnis, denn die Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber unserer Kundschaft ist uns sehr wichtig und es war sicherlich nicht unsere Absicht, Sie zu benachteiligen. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass Sie im Großen und Ganzen einen schönen Urlaub hatten, wenn Sie in Zukunft Fragen haben oder während Ihres Aufenthalts auf Schwierigkeiten stoßen, zögern Sie bitte nicht, uns sofort zu kontaktieren. Die Notfallnummern stehen Ihnen 24 Stunden lang zur Verfügung, denn wir helfen Ihnen immer gerne weiter.
Sollten Sie jemals wieder eine Reise an den Gardasee planen, wäre es fantastisch, Sie wieder begrüßen zu dürfen und bis dahin wünschen wir Ihnen alles Gute!

Lighter worn apartment
We got the apartment about 1 hour before time, super fine.
The apartment appeared at the reception somewhat cleaned. There was dirt on the kitchen floor and on the bedrooms.
The table on the terrace had a touch of coffee or the like.
Overall it seemed a bit worn, but in addition to the above it could be well used
The pool was nice, reasonable number of sun loungers.
Close to shopping etc.
