Relaxation and pampering
I went for a midweek break and chose two evening hours. Nice atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, clean and well organized changing rooms. I highly recommend!

Penalty applied despite the property's error in confirming only one room instead of two (confirmed via email). No attention to the customer's needs.

New and nice
Located in a quiet area a little outside vicenza. The structure is new and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also excellent bar service and bistro

Genuine 4-star hotel with extra weekend costs
Very pleasant summer stay in a large family room with very nice bedding.
The car park is large and has 2 spaces for charging electric vehicles.
The gym is very well equipped: machines and weight.
The evening menu on weekdays was however limited because no pizza in the evening. Too bad for the kids.
The real asset is the large pool but there is an extra cost that was indicated by message via Booking.com a few days before our arrival. I'm copying the message:
Dear Stéphane, in view of your arrival, we share a friendly reminder of our services to help you better plan your stay. SPA: Tuesday - Friday 15:00 - 21:00
Saturday - Sunday 10:30 - 19:00
Monday closed. Access is only allowed to 18+. Weekdays 26€ pp
Weekends and public holidays 36€ pp
Access lasts 2 hours 30 minutes. It is recommended to book in advance. IS THE SPA RATE INCLUDED? If so, you will find it indicated in the pricing conditions and inclusions in your booking confirmation email. If this is the case, please contact us in advance to reserve your entry. You are entitled to 90 minutes daily access to the day and time of the spa. Write to us for information and prices on our treatments and massages. OUTDOOR POOL: The swimming pool in the garden is open from June to September, daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Reservations are required for weekends and holidays. The rate is 30,00 € for the whole day per room (1 umbrella with sun loungers). Free access for hotel guests during weekdays, subject to availability. The opening period is subject to change without notice depending on weather conditions. Unheated swimming pool. We are sorry that the evening menu during weekdays did not fully meet your expectations, especially due to the absence of pizza. It is possible that your stay coincided with Monday, the only day our pizzeria is closed, which may have limited the available options. Nevertheless, we are currently evaluating how to further expand and diversify our culinary offerings to ensure a satisfying dining experience for all our guests, including families with children.
