Enchanting hotel

Beautiful hotel, which enjoys its own very beautiful pond full of water lilies,
Kind and empathetic staff,
The pool and the children's play area are beautiful,
Excellent food from breakfast to dinner,
I would gladly return,

Showing its age

Old sanitary facilities, tiles and sink cracked, shower entrance too narrow, shower door cannot be closed, many things did not work at breakfast (coffee machine, egg station), staff overwhelmed, egg station staff rude to the guest, too many interns in service, too little permanent staff, problems with the billing, had to be corrected again and again.

Restaurant visit is not recommended.

Today, July 10th, we wanted to treat ourselves to something special to conclude our vacation in St. Pauls and reserved a table in the outdoor area for 7 p.m. We decided on the 5-course menu for 30 euros per person. Preliminary: The dishes (all 5 courses) were very tasty.
However, the service disappointed us more and more step by step. The 3rd course was served after 110 minutes (the restaurant area was almost empty, with 3 service staff present, it could have gone well). We ordered a 1/2 liter of white wine - Weissburgunder after the Radler, but red wine was served, which we immediately returned. Then the ordered house wine - Pinot Blanc (according to the menu. Menu €16, so a good price).
For dessert, we were brought pear sorbet; we had ordered white chocolate ice cream with forest berry sauce. We overlooked this and accepted it, but when clearing the table, we asked if it was actually the selected dessert (which it clearly was not). It turned out to be another lapse from the kitchen (wrong dessert served). As a replacement, we additionally received the ordered dessert (at no charge).
We managed to deal with it; they were young service staff, mistakes can happen, and the staff apologized multiple times.
Thus, the matter was settled for us.
However, the following leads to the submission of this review:
In our accommodation, a look at the bill; the house wine was charged to us at €22! That was yet another mistake too many. Upon a phone inquiry, the restaurant informed us that it was an error on the menu, the 1/2 liter house wine actually costs €22. Then we would have liked to order 1 liter of rosé (€24) if we had known.
No indication when ordering, no indication when settling the bill, nothing.
The very long wait time, the wrong wine, the wrong dessert, and a price for the wine that is incorrectly marked on the menu (and the staff is aware of this) and then charged. That was just too much for us!!!
We cannot recommend the restaurant.

An oasis from the heat in Eppan

Very nice and quiet environment with the peculiarity of a swimming pond surrounded by water lilies.
I stayed with my mother to spend a week relaxing and did not disappoint.
Small problem with the elevator but immediately they were shown attentive and helpful, in fact lastly for a few days another person was added and nothing was added to the reservation already made except the extra things.
Booked for 3/4 board and every meal was appreciated.
The room where we stayed was nice and spacious and equipped with penguin to cool off in case it was too hot.
Staff always friendly and attentive to needs.
Plus the Ferragosto barbecue spent by the pond, even with the short rain, was very pleasant!
I hope to be back soon.

Just wonderful!

Very friendly and helpful service staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet.
A beautiful wellness area and a large swimming pool as well as a natural pond and a well-kept beach volleyball court in addition to sufficient space for children to play, leave nothing to be desired in our view.
