Great Service. Everything is perfect.

Everything perfect! Meals, room cleaning, hearty buffet breakfast, clean beach. To recommend. We will be back.

We will not return

The establishment has some issues. There are no Schuko outlets, the hairdryers in the rooms are old and do not work, and the curtains have holes.
When you go to the reception to ask for a double outlet, you learn that there is only one for the entire establishment. The same applies to the iron, which may have already been requested and not yet returned. The indignant response at the reception was "it is not a mandatory service." For a 4-star hotel, however, it is absurd not to have a way to iron a shirt.

Shameful direction.

We have been choosing this structure for our summer holidays with our little girl for three years. We always enjoyed the catering, the staff, the reception girls. Unfortunately this year the "management" has disappointed us a lot... by mistake dropped a bar of soap badly fixed in the bathroom and broke. We had some inconveniences, a big window that did not close, light in the room that came and went... despite this and our now three years of experience, we were charged the cost (not negligible) of the soap dish (also we cleaned the shards ourselves in the bathroom because there was no way to solve and we risked that the baby cut herself). We're so sorry about that.

It needs to be modernized a bit!

We stayed at this famous property on the coast of Fermo 2 steps from Porto San Giorgio.
Very pleasant location , on the seafront VOTE 8
Reception staff , friendly both in the evening and in the morning , VOTING 8
Room furnishings , TO BE MODERNISED , VOTE 5
Lights in rooms , VOTO 2 , unsuitable
Breakfast , insufficient : at 9.35 there was almost nothing to eat , VOTE 3
With small adjustments, you can reach the top!

Coffee if you come to the bar, I don't bring it to the table I have other things to do

This is already the fifth time I have stayed at this 4-star hotel , with ample adjacent parking , clean and comfortable rooms , convenient for getting around the area .
I had dinner a couple of times and I always found quality and above all courtesy of all the staff.
This morning Friday 13 at 8.00 am I was having breakfast and I asked the young lady if I could have an American coffee , she said yes and after a while I hear myself calling aloud “sir excuse me , sir your coffee is ready , you MUST COME and GET IT at the BAR , I asked but excuse me no brings it ? answer: I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO, consider that there were only 3 tables in the room with mine. NEVER HAPPENED in 40 years that I travel such a thing, not even in 2 star hotels. The kind person at reception told me that the property chose this type of service, in my opinion it is a NON SERVICE.
Tal other in this hotel I also enjoyed the in-room dining., everything perfect.
What happened this morning is really very strange , I was very sick and disappointed

non possiamo che leggere e prendere atto di quanto da lei scritto e riportato, unica nota che ci ha fatto piacere sentire e che la ringraziamo nell’averlo sottolineato, che durante i suoi soggiorni qui all’Hotel Royal ha sempre riscontrato qualità e cortesia di tutto lo Staff.
Quanto accaduto, naturalmente è stata un’iniziativa del tutto personale dell’addetta alla nostra sala colazioni, che ovviamente non è in alcun modo riconducibile agli standard della nostra struttura, e tanto meno a procedure impartite dalla Proprietà.
Purtroppo spesso nel nostro lavoro, abbiamo a che fare con personale alle prime esperienze, e poco esperto, facciamo del tutto per fornire loro un’adeguata formazione professionale, ma a volte, proprio perché essendo giovani gestiscono alcune situazioni in maniera poco idonea.
Vogliamo in primo luogo scusarci con lei dell’accaduto e avere la possibilità di confermare che il nostro servizio è quello che le abbiamo garantito prima di questa occasione, quello degno di un 4 stelle, quale noi siamo.
Nella speranza di riaverla a breve come nostro gradito ospite, rimaniamo a sua completa disposizione per il futuro.
