Wonderfully comfortable apartment in good location.

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Fermo. Sylvana was a great help schlepping our suitcases up the hill to the apartment which is behind a gate. Lovely garden. Simple breakfast provided and she will bring you warm croissants for morning coffee if you request it the night before.

Tragic experience

When you put yourself forward as a nobleman, declaring butlers and housekeepers, you expect more than you propose, room, smelly and full of mosquitoes, dirty shower, apartment arranged with recycled furniture, no privacy, you listen to the neighbor speaking softly.

I stayed in July 2024 in the arched room called "Archive"; it is a basement and as such the temperature inside the room was comfortable despite the heat of July.
I found the structure clean but definitely a bit 'old: both as regards the bedroom, both for the kitchen, both for the bathroom that should be modernized!
In the room you can smell stale and for this reason we kept all the windows always open (since they are equipped with grating).
The windows all border an internal courtyard where tables have been placed for common use; it is a shame that these tables are very close to the windows and positioned at the top (being the Accommodation located in a basement) so it is necessary to draw the curtains for a little privacy, curtains that in any case do not prevent the voices and smoke of patrons from entering.
I did not find the kitchen sink comfortable: if you do not pay attention the water comes down from all sides and not even the bed which, despite being double, consists of two mattresses that tend to separate creating an annoying hole in the center.
The Accommodation location is very close to the center and this is certainly a plus; honestly I would not return to this property.

Disappointing

Very rude staff and really poorly maintained place. Lots of undeclared extra costs and terrible customer management. I had a terrible experience and there was no way to clarify with the owner.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, I didn't expect it at all... Incredible rudeness and no attention to the person. Never again. I was incredulous. I didn't expect it... It disappointed all my expectations...
