Experience nothing short of perfect

Everything is perfect!! I stayed at this property for the holidays with my family and we really relaxed. Cleanliness impeccable, people really very nice and helpful. We will definitely return ❤️

We chose this location for its proximity to the motorway toll booth to move to other prestigious locations on the coast

I stayed in this property for about 15 nights and I can say that I found kindness and availability. The rooms are perfectly furnished in a modern style with the linen replaced daily. Breakfast is provided by the pastry shop below with fresh and excellent quality products. .The only small flaw was having to pay for the coffee because it certainly wasn't included in the breakfast..

Highly recommended!

Excellent strategic area, in a short time you can visit all the beautiful places and taste the specialties of the province of Reggio, breakfast included at the pastry bar located under the b&b with croissants/croissants, pastries... stratospheric and delicious, welcoming, tidy and clean b&b, owners friendly and absolutely kind, even though our little girl was quite restless, they had a lot of understanding towards us, we thank them again! We will definitely be back!

bad experience

i stayed at the bed breakfast I travelled from the uk a friend booked me in I did not know what to expect the building was clean and the lady who served breakfast was friendly even though she couldn't speak english at breakfast time there was no English breakfast we ask about having some egg on toast and they agreed but on the next day we had no egg on toast the owner of the building was always moaning about he could smell smoke from one of the rooms and that someone was leaving the doors open he also complained about noise and try having a go at me about the things I have mentioned above as if It was my fault and I don't smoke .I would like to say that he stressed me out so much that I wanted to leave the bed breakfast as the owner doesn't know how to treat engish people who pay money to stay ,they don't cater for familys the outside the b n b was filthy rubbish and bin bags all over the streets shops all smashed .I feel that they to take a course in hospitality and that would help them have a success full business I would never go there again

Allora..premettendo che il parere/impressione/esperienza dei signori ospiti sulla qualità del servizio, sulla struttura e pulizia del B&B ..è sacra e non discutibile in alcun modo ! e che , oltretutto dovrebbe essere costruttiva per migliorare e migliorarsi; Questa volta, in qualità di proprietario, coinvolto direttamente quale "PRESUNTO!!" protagonista ed artefice diretto della "IMPROBABILE "cattiva esperienza ( bad experience) del Sig. Steve e della sua famiglia..non posso che controbbatere, brevemente, mettendo in evidenza i fatti così come sono andati realmente:
Il sig. Steve dopo aver prenotato per 3 persone ( 2 adulti /1infante) al prezzo pattuito di € 70,00al gg. ..all'arrivo si sono presentati in 5 perone( 2 adulti/2bambini/1 infante) pretendendo e senza discussioni di stare tutti e 5 nella stessa stanza ( munita di tre letti!!!!) pagando il medesimo prezzo!! perdipiù invitando amici e parenti ad usufruire della loro camera per lavarsi/dormire ecc...INACCETTABILE E CONTRO OGNI REGOLAMENTO ALBERGHIERO!!! a tutto questo si aggiungono una serie di comportamenti fortemente ineducati e irrispettosi degli altri ospiti e del personale della struttura..particando le aree comuni( atrii,sala colazione, scale ecc) scalzi e con indosso i soli boxer!( si precisa sia Adulti che Bambini)!!!.A tutto questo si aggiunge il fatto che si sentivano autorizzati ad urlare per tutta la struttura con gli stessi parenti ed amici fino ad notte inoltrata!! A questo punto, dietro le continue lamentele degli altri ospiti, mi sono sentito autorizzato ad richiamamare il Sig Steve intimandolo di uniformare i comportamenti suoi e della propria famiglia al regolamento del B&B che richiama, in pratica, alle più elementari regole di condotta e della buona educazione!!!!
IL RISULTATO E' LA RECENSIONE CHE VEDETE!, apponendo un bollino di mediocrità sulla posizione, pulizia,ecc... ad una struttura che si trova ubicata a 1000mt dallo svincolo autostradale e 500mt dal centro, rinomata per pulizia ed ordine!!!

Confortevole e Centrale

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Nonostante la posizione sulla Strada Statale (molto trafficata sia di giorno che di notte), gli ottimi infissi non hanno fatto sentire nessun rumore. Pertanto la posizione ( vicino all'autostrada, centri commerciali ecc. ecc ).. da un doppio valore alla struttura.
La camera abbastanza pulita, letti comodi e bagno grande a sufficienza (mancano i kit doccia) anche se a noi non servivano.
Colazione molto fornita con torta, latte, succhi e soprattutto i cornetti del Bar (che si trova proprio all'ingresso del B&B).
