Peaceful and relaxing stay

We were so happy to find this place, well off the main road, tucked among a vineyard and olive trees, quiet and peaceful. Andrea the owner/host was super helpful, sincere towards our comfort, and a real pleasure to talk with about the history of the place, agriculture practices, and local attractions. We learned so much. Breakfast was lovely on the veranda. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful little quiet place, away from all the stress of daily life, surrounded by Vineyards. The Owner, who speaks Perfect English, was a really friendly and helpful host. Loved this place! 10/10 from my Wife and I, a must stay if you’re in the area! Miss it already!

A beautiful place to stay

We only booked 2 nights and wished we could stay longer - easily the best place we stayed in Sardinia. Andrea was so genuinely helpful and friendly, spoke excellent English and cooked us excellent breakfasts, all local produce. Their wine and olive oil products would be lovely souvenirs but sadly we could only take a little bottle home! We highly recommend a stay here - a peaceful place and some great trips to be had around the area.

Great and quiet place!

Il Vignetto B&B is surrounded by vineyards and mountains and is only 1km away from a very large beach (Fontanamare). It is a great location for discovering the Iglisiente area, the Costa Verde (scenic road, nice beaches, former mining sites) but also the charming and lively town of Iglesias (10min drive), as well as the two islands of San Pietro (you can take the ferry from the port of Portovesme which is only 20min drive from Il Vigneto to reach Carloforte) and Sant'Antioco (30km drive away or boat connection from Carloforte to Calasetta). The area has a lot to offer and it is definitely worth staying at Il Vigneto longer (we stayed three nights and two days and this is definitely not enough). Very quiet area, large and extremely clean room (we had the room No. 1), nice terrace with view on the vineyards and olive tree field equipped with a table and chairs, daily cleaning. Very good breakfast with home-made jams, fresh bread and pastries. Andrea and his parents (without forgetting Ulysse the dog) are very friendly hosts and we are very thankful for the kind hospitality. We hope to return to Il Vigneto in the future.
Definitely excellent value for money.

wonderful family in a beautiful place

We stayed for four nights at Il Vigneto. The welcoming was great and Marco, Andrea, and their parents are really the kindest persons we met in Sardegna. Il Vigneto is also the perfect spot to see what we considered Cerdena's most beautiful beaches : Porto Flavio, San Niccolo, Porto Paglia.... Il Vigneto is surrounded by nature and Ulysse, the dog, and the delicious smell of the land in the morning are great souvenirs for us. We would definitely like to go back at Il Vigneto some other time in our lives.
