Pool was booked out for a private function. 34 deg. They did not tell us until after payment.

There is much room for improvement.

Aesthetically very beautiful, but the rooms are quite shabby and the dinners are not exceptional. The bed was quite uncomfortable, there was a constant dripping in the bathroom, and when opening the cold water tap, it emitted a whistle like a fire truck siren; there was no coat rack or anything to place the suitcases on except for a chair... it seems like a hotel very oriented towards weddings (very beautiful park) but not towards welcoming visitors....

...A GOOD CHOICE IN GROTTAFERRATA!!...️⬆️!!️

...on the occasion of my tour of the Castelli Romani!!...with a trip organized by an agency of my city!!...I spent three nights in this hotel!!...is Park Hotel Villa Ferrata!!...so I am in Grottaferrata!!...a few kilometers from Rome!!...the location is really great!!...three-star hotel!!...located in a centuries-old park!!!...immense!!...in fact you can see gardens with fountains!!!...an outdoor pool!!!...an indoor chapel!!...and elegant rooms!!!...I stayed with half board!!!...so I had the overnight stay!!...dinner and breakfast!!...my room was clean!...cozy and warm!!...as for dinner!!...all super!...with professional staff!!...kind and helpful!!...I gave one star less!!...as for breakfast!!!...at 7:45 in the morning!!!...yoghurt was gone!!!...so!!...it was not possible to restore it!!!...what can I say!!...only negative note the lack of yogurt for breakfast!!!...for the rest I was fine!!...I was also pleased for the fact that I do not eat meat!...so I always had the variant!!!...nothing to say!!!...for the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would say that Park Hotel Villa Ferrata is definitely a good reference point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!️

Birthday 18 years

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday here, bad place, badly organized. You always talk about making arrangements with different people. Little attentive, but above all not hospitable. The place is dated, furniture, doors and chairs peeling, nothing is as it seems if you look at the details, by the way they collaborate with incompetent people. My daughter caught fire the dress because of the fountains misplace. I would not recommend it for any event. Absolutely to fail.
