Relaxation at the end of September. I can't wait to come back
The structure is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and attention to every detail. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, the rooms comfortable and cozy. At the restaurant we ate very well: tasty dishes and special attention to our special requests. The real strength, however, is the staff: from the reception to the waiters, everyone has proved extremely kind, helpful and considerate. A stay that left us really satisfied.

Disappointed by the lack of professionalism
+ welcome with a smile and quick availability of the room although the establishment had few guests.
Quiet and allows to be an ideal starting point to visit the south of the island.
Beautiful spacious estate.
Huge private parking.

- very summary breakfast if you stay a few nights, not a single hot variant of type omelette, eggs, bacon or pancakes etc...
Piping problem for two days so no flow or hot water. We had to ask for another room.
Swimming pool in cleaning and therefore unusable throughout the stay, not a single deckchair or possibility to stay during the day. But especially no prior announcement of the establishment on this fact while the pool is the strength of the area.
A GROSS LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.
In other circumstances, the property may appeal but I advise against it because others in the area are of a much higher standard for an equivalent rate

A wonderful stay!
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of Welcoming and accommodation!
The staff is really very smiling and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, quiet and very neat. The amazing pool. The dinner in the restaurant also pleased us. We really recommend this place!
Especially since there are nice visits to do around!

Our experience at this hotel was horrible
Catastrophic experience – hotel unworthy of its 4 stars
We stayed at this hotel in August 2025 and it was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience of our lives.
➖ Old rooms, bed consisting of two single mattresses joined together, no real duvet (only sheets and bedspreads), non-existent sound insulation: a closed door communicated with the next room and you could hear absolutely everything (even the sighs of other customers!).
➖ Dilapidated swimming pool, undulating and dangerous floor.
➖ Upon late arrival, no Food Service (which is unacceptable for a 4★), we were only served a plate of cold cuts and cheeses.
But the worst was at check-out.
The amount (almost 2000€) exceeded the card ceiling. We immediately made an instant SEPA transfer, proof in hand.
Despite this, the management deliberately hid this payment from the police they had called, detaining us for 4 hours in the lobby as if we were delinquents. Only after the police discovered for themselves that the payment had been made did they apologize... but the damage was done. We were even escorted to the car by a hotel employee as if we were thieves.
This hotel accumulates serious shortcomings, unworthy facilities and abusive practices.
To be avoided absolutely. It in no way deserves its 4 stars.

Unique experience.
We stayed from 17 to 24 July in 4 at this property that define "surrounded by greenery" is reductive. It 'truly an oasis of peace, relaxation and tranquility. Our room (sirocco 1) was a quadruple on the ground floor with three different environments: a living room and two double bedrooms. Each room had a television (never turned on) and an independent air conditioning system that we used only to rest in the afternoon. The room, in addition to having a very high wooden ceiling, was very cool and at night you slept divinely without air conditioning even if during the day it was 38 degrees. The room had a beautiful and fully functional marble bathroom. The pool, also surrounded by palm trees, cypresses and trees, is SPECTACULAR. It degrades slowly and is therefore also suitable for very young children and people who have walking difficulties.
Excellent breakfast served by staff always smiling and available in an indoor room that continues along an outdoor porch supported by columns and also surrounded by greenery, whose care is really maniacal.
Dinner is served by the pool and Mr. Massimo and Marta were really very kind and pampered us throughout our stay. Two wonderful people. Great idea to serve main courses cooked on the barbecue. Everything was really exquisite and delicious. For those who want you can have a light lunch by the pool that has always been pleasant for us.
A big thank you finally to all the staff, from the reception (always friendly and also available for the transport of luggage to the room both on arrival and departure) to the ladies who take care of cleaning and really do it to the limits of perfection. We never noticed anything out of place. We wanted to do some excursions that the hotel offers but, honestly, we preferred to stay a week in the structure and we relaxed and refreshed great. This we hoped to find and this we found, even better. The photos published on the site are absolutely true and do not add anything that is not there. In short, it was a unique experience that deserves to be relived.
