Fantastic experience!

Beautiful experience at this property, very kind staff and always available for any request! The breakfast was spectacular; if we were to return to Ischia, we would definitely stay here again!

Weekend in Ischia

I stayed at this B&B for two nights, Saturday and Sunday, and I had a really great time. The rooms are beautiful, well-kept, and above all cool, which is not a given in August: there is both a wall fan and an air conditioner, so you sleep very well even on the hottest days.
I found the amenities very complete: in the bathroom there was practically everything necessary, including a shaving kit, a small detail that in my opinion really makes the difference, especially for men.
The breakfast was also very pleasant, with a good variety of products. In the morning there is Arianna who prepares the coffee and takes care of the drinks, always available and with a smile. As for the pastries, there is truly a wide selection, and one thing I particularly appreciated is the croissants from Calise in Ischia: delicious and absolutely a must-try.
The location is another great strong point: the B&B is very central, practically a few minutes' walk from the roundabout in the center of Ischia and from Calise. About 3-5 minutes away there is also a supermarket, convenient and with fair prices. From the port it is about a 20-minute walk, a pleasant stroll that allows you to easily reach the center.
In general, it was a very positive experience: comfortable property, cool and welcoming rooms, excellent breakfast, and a truly strategic location. I would gladly return!

Ants in the room and disrespectful staff

Facility not up to expectations.
We encountered obvious hygiene deficiencies due to the presence of ants inside the room.
Furthermore, the staff proved to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude in handling reports and resolving the problems encountered; not recommended.

La vostra maleducazione non ha avuto limiti, ci avete fatto trovare la camera sporca e in condizioni igieniche indecenti con del cibo avariato all’interno con enormità di formiche come dispetto , ci avete accusato di avervi “rubato” in camera quando poi l’indomani avete trovato gli oggetti persi, dato che in camera vostra c’era un disordine e una sporcizia da porcile
Gentaglia cafona e maleducata come voi preferiamo non ospitarla nella nostra struttura
Seguirà denuncia di diffamazione

AMAZING place to stay in ischia!!!!

My fiancée and I stayed at Villa Matilda and had the best possible experience. It started long before our trip, where the hosts were constantly answering our inquiries on WhatsApp and providing suggestions about where to go in Ischia. The room was cozy, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our whole trip. It is also extremely well located. I would 10/10 recommend to everyone and will definitely be rebooking here whenever I visit Ischia!!

Top-notch facility!

I just returned from a weekend spent with my daughters in Ischia. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, attended to in every detail, and the breakfast on the terrace is varied and abundant. Very friendly staff, Arianna is top-notch. Great location just a step away from the bus stop to Heroes' Square and the port. Highly recommended!!! Elvira
