But the characteristic that struck us most is the friendliness and infinite kindness that is not so easy to find today.
We will definitely be back next year for a few weekends.

Not acceptable
September 13, 2025. We contacted the hotel by phone in the middle of the afternoon for a later arrival. The operator confirmed availability 'and, upon express request to proceed to booking through their site, communicated that the telephone reservation is sufficient, which' followed our indication of surname and arrival time (around 20). We have not been asked or even proposed to do anything else. At 7.45 pm, four hours after the phone call, arrived at the hotel on time, the same operator informs us that the room and 'was otherwise engaged through Booking as' they did not block on the site, there was no deposit on our part, I repeat absolutely not required. No warning calls, no excuses, no commitment to finding alternatives but a constant saying "there's nothing you can do about it."
At 8.15 pm we were looking for accommodation.
Behavior was unacceptable, lacking in professionalism and characterized by utmost indifference.

Le bevande calde delle colazioni sono varie come: caffè americano, caffè normale, the di vari gusti, cappuccino,caffelatte, latte, cioccolata calda ...a volontà.
Noi diamo il meglio per accontentare al 100x100 i nostri clienti ,infatti lasciamo l'uso della spiaggia gratis anche il giorno della partenza ,che non sarebbe più incluso ,ma lo facciamo molto volentieri .
