Perfect.

Everything perfect, from the cleanliness to the location of the room. The terrace was a real treat where you can spend evenings relaxing. Maurizio a really lovely person and his staff very attentive to detail. To be repeated.

To cure a little more

Just arrived nice glance, but the bathroom is all encrusted and with mold.
The place is nice, if a bit claustrophobic, in the sense that it overlooks the street and therefore does not have a window in the hall.
There is a window in the bedroom, but it overlooks a cavedio.
House very humid, we turned on air conditioning to dry a little 'moisture, in the bathroom various fouling on the wall and mold as shown in the picture.
Bathroom brush all rusty.
The owner did not show up, he sent messages to retrieve key and to give us directions for payment.
It's a nice and breakfast but breakfast is unreasonable: a pack of 10 pancakes, kettle and coffee maker.
We made it to the bar, paying our way, but a convention would have sufficed.
Let's say that for the price paid you would have expected more attention and care and that it looks more like an Airbnb than a bb.
For the rest house in the center and convenient for travel.

Excellent location in the historic center

Booked the suite attracted by the terrace and I must say that it is a strong point, it's a shame that it is a little neglected but its potential is great! Maurizio is a helpful person in everything, even the girl who will prepare and bring breakfast to your room. The room and bathroom, like the entire hotel, were very clean. Only one flaw, the suite has a small kitchen with a kettle, but there was no instant coffee, so little attention to tea, lack of glasses. I recommend it and I would go back and I would be happy if those small oversights had been eliminated

Nice structure but breakfast needs improvement

I stayed in this property for one night with my family.
Upon arrival we called the number indicated and Maurizio joined us for check in. Welcoming structure (even if there is a very steep staircase at the entrance which certainly represents an architectural barrier and I don't seem to have seen elevators or hoists) and very well maintained, in the historic center of Lecce. Large and clean room. Very small but comfortable bathroom.
Breakfast is in the room, as it does not have a dedicated room but consists only of a coffee machine with a couple of capsules, a fruit juice each in the fridge and a snack, as well as rusks in a bag and a few disposable packs of industrial jam . For the price paid, breakfast should have been served in the room, giving the possibility to order something (cappuccino, croissants, fruit...), or the b&b could have an agreement with one of the many bars in the area. In my previous stay at the same property the breakfast was organized differently. In this case, in the end, we preferred to go to the bar for breakfast (at our expense, obviously). Sin.

Best B & B in Lecce

We had an amazing stay, in this ideally situated place, in the heart of the historical center, we stayed on the top floor and we very much enjoyed the conrtable beds, the charming hospitality of Maurizio, always available and with great advice and smile! The breakfast is catered and delivered. What more do you need?
