Old, dirty, lots of dogs and cats.

Upon arrival there were several insects in the room. No one to speak to. Poolside dirty pillows. Wasps... in the area there is nothing. Worst experience in years.

Avoid this property. has false advertisement.

Old property and bad staff. The pictures does not reflect reality. They won't even try to solve your issues if you complain to them. They have farmers living on the property. This is not run right. I wouldn't trust to spend my holiday on a place managed like this.

It can be improved

The structure of the Masseria is very nice, surrounded by lots of greenery, but the pool and the room did not shine for cleanliness.
The presence of many flies certainly did not positively affect the living room.
Positive aspects: the internal market and the dogs (if they like)

Not as advertise and have safety issue. Management is not trust worthy

This place is a safety hazard and completely misrepresented. I recently booked a three-night stay and upon arrival, discovered the main entrance could be unlocked from the outside.
Multiple warning posters plastered on the walls cautioned about dogs. Despite three dogs residing on the property, this critical detail was omitted from the listing.
The property falsely advertised luxury and newly renovated furnishings. The bed is worn, the mattress hard, and the TV minuscule. Even the door lock is insecure. The so-called suite is far from luxurious.
Despite paying a premium for a free cancellation option, I later discovered a hidden cancellation limit. After arriving and requesting to cancel due to dog allergies, mosquitoes, and safety concerns, they promised a solution and I left to find alternative accommodations. The next day, I received no response and was denied a refund.
Beware. This management is fraudulent and lacks integrity. They disregard guest concerns and well-being. Avoid this place at all costs.
I am sure that those reviews you see they got them when it is sold at cheap price. This is no way near 200 euro a night. Karma will hit them back. I reported this booking and to consumer protection.

Catastrophic

A disaster. The surroundings of the masseria are not maintained. The apartment is not neat, not clean. The photos on the site do not represent reality at all. When we saw our room and the surrounding area, we wanted to leave immediately but we were asked for 167 euros in compensation even though the 4 nights had already been paid for. When we arrived, no one to welcome us, we waited a long time before the owner returned. No seating outside in front of the rooms as offered on the site, no TV, chandelier above our table filled with cobwebs. Shower... see photo... far from advertising too. Now let's talk about the swimming pool, see photos too, never seen anyone swimming, you wouldn't dare set foot in it for fear of catching salmonellosis. The stained cushions and when told, they are thrown into a corner of the garden, leaving the seats empty. Breakfast, my god, see photos too... it's not the pretty table set outside like on the site either. The breakfast room was full of flies... but it's the fault of the guests who don't close the doors with mosquito nets... well let's see. There must be 5 or 6 cats and as many dogs wandering around everywhere. Don't plan on having a drink outside, too many insects and in any case, nothing on site to drink or to sit down. There was a patio further away but given the state of the seats, no thanks. No one on site during the day... make do. In the garden... well, in their bush which was probably before a garden, 3 wrecked cars, old rusty scrap metal children's games, see photos, old agricultural tools and so on.
The place is totally isolated from everything. No restaurants nearby.
Far from everything, we went to eat in Lecce every day (20 minutes drive).
